The Project

Magical Might Artifacts Book 2 is a richly illustrated fantasy sourcebook featuring 100 original magical items, including weapons, armor, magical apparel, and powerful artifacts. Each item receives a dedicated page with detailed statistics, original lore, three to six magical effects, and a unique attunement process. The book will be available as a digital PDF, with Softcover and Hardcover Print-on-Demand options.

A companion card deck brings all 100 items to your table on US poker-size cards, printed on embossed card stock and packaged in a custom tuckbox. Each card features the item’s illustration and main statistics on the front, with its magical abilities on the back, keeping your treasures within reach during play. Additional items unlocked through campaign stretch goals will expand both the book and the deck.

Distribution

We partner with DriveThruRPG, which means that all digital and physical editions of Magical Might Artifacts Book 2, including the companion card deck, will be distributed through their platform.

Once the project is complete, backers will receive download links for the Digital Edition, any included digital bundles, and unlocked stretch-goal content. Backers with physical rewards will also receive private Print-on-Demand order links, allowing them to pay the applicable printing, shipping, and tax costs and order their books or card decks directly to their location.

Please review the campaign FAQ regarding Print-on-Demand fulfilment before pledging for a physical reward. Printing, shipping, and applicable taxes are not included in the pledge price and must be paid separately when ordering through DriveThruRPG.

🖥️ 5% — Digital Edition Production
PDF preparation, optimisation, navigation, quality checks, and organisation of digital delivery files.
📦 12% — Print Preparation & Production Management
POD setup, proof copies, Standard Color book checks, card and tuckbox validation, and final production corrections. Backers pay the printing costs of their physical rewards separately.

✅ Core Item Content — Completed
The collection of 100 magical items for Magical Might Artifacts Book 2 is already created. We are now implementing the content across the book and card deck while preparing for possible stretch-goal additions.

🎨 Artwork Preparation — In Progress
Item illustrations, cover artwork, and visual assets are being prepared for the digital book, printed editions, cards, and custom tuckbox.

🧩 Book and Card Layout — In Progress
We are assembling the illustrated item pages and poker-size cards, placing illustrations and main statistics on the card fronts and magical abilities on the backs.

🧪 Editing and Quality Control — October–November 2026
Final checks will cover wording, statistics, abilities, attunement processes, and consistency between the book and cards, alongside proofreading and layout reviews.

🎯 Stretch-Goal Integration — After the Campaign
Any unlocked stretch goals will enter production and be incorporated into the final rewards. Additional magical items will be included in both the book and card deck.

💻 Digital Production and Delivery — December 2026
The completed PDF will undergo final export and quality checks before distribution through DriveThruRPG. Digital delivery is estimated for mid-December 2026.

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Preparation — December 2026–January 2027
The Standard Color Softcover and Hardcover editions, card deck, and tuckbox will undergo print-file validation, proofing, and printer approval before release.

📦 Physical Reward Availability — December 2026–January 2027
Eligible backers will receive private DriveThruRPG order links for their books and card decks. Printing, shipping, and applicable taxes are paid separately; arrival dates depend on production and shipping times.

📣 Post-Release Support — Following Delivery
