Some tables are just furniture. Others are used every single week.
We build tables that people actually live with. Below you’ll find what Adventure and Quest really are — based on real setups from our backers. Follow the project — more details coming soon.
As many people, as many ways to use our tables. From simple family or solo games to large, complex setups — literally.
But a great experience needs the right foundation. Here’s what makes our tables different.
This is what it’s all about. It’s not just about the table. It’s about the people around it.
What do they have in common?
We believe that a great gaming table starts with great materials. That’s why we make every Adventure and Quest table from solid oak wood – no MDF, no veneers, no compromises.
Through in-house production in our family-owned workshop, we’ve minimized waste and refined every stage of the process. Each table is handcrafted with care, designed to last for generations of game nights, family dinners, and everything in between.
Clean design & card groove
Smooth surface, easy to clean, known as the "clean design." The table does not have unnecessary grooves where dust or dirt easily accumulates.
Both the Adventure and Quest tables feature a dedicated card groove running around the entire playing area. It’s precisely angled so that you can view your cards comfortably while seated – without needing to lift them. Thanks to this design, overhead lighting won’t reflect off the cards, keeping your game clear and distraction-free.
The table and accessories color to match your interior
The color of the table and its accessories depends on you. We achieve the color of the table using a wood stain, and its top layer is a matte clear lacquer. This provides a durable, scratch-resistant coating that enhances the wood grain pattern.
Led lighting RGB COB
From epic dungeon crawls to cozy family board nights – lighting can change everything. With adjustable COB LEDs, you can choose the perfect color and brightness to match the atmosphere of your game.
Discreet under-table USB-A & USB-C charging keeps your setup clean and organized. Charge your devices while keeping the play area completely cable-free.
Attachment rails for accessories - Internal and External.
Keep accessories exactly where you need them. Inside for immersion. Outside for maximum play space.
Natural & Black rails
Natural aluminum blends seamlessly into the oak frame for a clean minimalist look. Black rails create stronger contrast and highlight the table’s structure.
Velvet matt - one sided or double sided
The velvet mat is a component placed in the gaming area. Despite our efforts to keep it clean, occasional spills can happen. The mats are resistant to dirt and liquids. However, if that's not enough, we've created the option to remove, wash, and iron both solutions. Velvet mats can be reversible and come in two different colours.
Tested by Gamers. Approved by Families (and their pets).
We don’t just create beautiful furniture – we design tables that can handle real life.
Our solutions are built for intense game nights, family dinners, and yes – curious paws and wagging tails too.
Before launching this campaign, our tables were tested not just in the workshop, but in real homes – by real gamers, their kids, and their pets.
From epic strategy sessions to toddler chaos and cats napping on the game board – these tables proved to be durable, comfortable, and versatile.
Yes, we’ve had children climbing on them and cats treating the table like a personal kingdom.
And they still look great.
The Adventure dimensions
Adventure features a flat frame that is 10 cm wide.
Although the external dimensions of the table are identical to the Quest model, the slimmer frame gives you a few extra centimeters of playing area. It's still wide enough to comfortably rest your arms.
The Quest dimensions
The Quest table have a 15 cm wide frame with recesses for resources and cup holders according to the diagram below. A streamlined rectangular recess (80 mm wide) gives you just the right space for your essentials. The standard cup holder, about 9 cm wide inside, can serve as extra storage or a place for a drink. The cup can also be removed and washed, or replaced with a tall bottle without worrying about it tipping over.
No matter which table you choose, some dimensions will remain the same. It’s worth keeping them in mind when planning your space – especially when it comes to chair placement.
Home table delivery
How will we deliver your order?
From the very beginning, we’ve placed great importance on delivering our tables safely using our own transport. Our team travels directly from client to client, ensuring that each order arrives securely and in perfect condition. This option is highly appreciated – currently, 95% of our tables are delivered this way.
In our previous campaigns, we successfully delivered tables to 15 countries — from the coasts of France, Scotland, and Denmark, through the peaks of the Swiss Alps, all the way across Scandinavia. In regions where we cannot deliver the tables ourselves, we use trusted shipping companies. Every table that leaves our workshop is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition – no matter how far it has to travel. We have successfully shipped tables to South Korea, Singapore, Canada, the United States, Norway, and Finland.
We are also working toward personal table delivery outside of Europe.
If enough US backers join the campaign, we plan to organize personal deliveries across selected regions of the United States, helping reduce overall shipping costs as well.

We bought a Wooden Castle board game table through the Gamefound campaign. Even before placing the order, the team from Wooden Castle was very helpful and made sure that each and every question and concern was quickly adressed. After our order was placed, we were constantly updated in the estimated and progress of the production process. Delivery and setup of our table was scheduled ahead of time and done in a very professional and coordinate manner.
As for the table itself: wow! We were looking for an aesthetically pleasing board game table for quite some time and choosing ‘The Adventure’ table by Wooden Castle was just the right decision as it’s not just a great board game table but also an amazing piece of furniture. It’s durable, large enough for even the biggest games in our collection and it looks so amazingly good. The table itself is made from oak wood combined with really nice looking metallic legs. There’s black Aluminium bars around the table, for placing modular expansion parts such as bottle and mug-holders as well as player stations to store your game tokens. If the table serves as a dining table, those can be hidden inside the table, and it looks just as gorgeous - serving as a stylish looking, modern piece of furniture. The quality is top notch and the table itself feels very well crafted, constructed and designed. It has truly become the centerpiece of our gaming room and every person that sees the table for the first time is equally stunned.

We had our gaming table configured at the trade fair in Essen. We were impressed by the customization options right from the start. Wooden Castle even designed a custom-made sideboard for us to store the table boards. The color of our table is also unique. We were sent several samples and photos to make sure we liked the color. We were completely satisfied with the service and quality from order to delivery and the finished product and would recommend Wooden Castle to any game enthusiast who values quality and customization.

Very nice creation table, perfect for our biggest board games. We can now play it with up to four people without any space concerns and the ergonomics are perfect.
We made the purchase at the Spiel Essen and from that moment to delivery the communication was very good.
Delivery and installation were done to perfection, with the greatest care taken at all stages.
We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We are also very impressed with the very friendly communication during production and the absolute reliability in production and delivery. We have our table for several months already and it is absolutely amazing. Wooden castle went above and beyond to make it the way we imagined it and made sure we are happy.
It's manufactured with perfect precision, absolutely beautiful and not only we actually started playing more, everyone that visits our house loves it. It became the living room center piece.

Hi, thought you might like some more pictures of our new table. The game you see on the last pictures is „Uprising: The Curse of the last Emperor“ … it‘s a big game, that was way to big for my old table, but fits perfectly on our new one. We are happy and really love the table. Thank you for making such a great table.
From a local compamy to international trade fairs...
We have been manufacturing board game tables for over 7 years, so it was a natural step for us to start appearing at game conventions where we could showcase our products. We knew that we wouldn’t want to buy a “pig in a poke” either. After our first successful festival at Pyrkon in 2022, many people encouraged us to go beyond the borders of our country. A few months later, we had the pleasure of participating in the Essen Spiel fair. Since then, we have regularly exhibited at the largest European board game conventions, such as SPIEL Essen and UK Games Expo. In 2026, we also attended GAMA Expo in the USA. We will also be attending Spellenspektakel in the Netherlands for the first time, as well as Gen Con in the USA. As part of our collaborations, our tables have been featured multiple times at the booths of Portal Games and Lucky Duck Games. At the upcoming UK Games Expo, you will also be able to see our tables at the booths of Archon Studio and Phalanx.
A few words about our company
Wooden Castle is a company whose heart beats in the beautiful town of Oświęcim, in southern Poland. Every table we produce comes from here. We do not outsource production; everything is created locally in our workshop.
Driven by the feedback we received from customers, I took it a step further, and currently, our production takes place in a hall covering almost 1000 m2.We’ve completed hundreds of typical and custom-made products, and the entire previous campaigns gave us a huge boost of knowledge and experience. As a result, we’ve significantly improved our production process and raised the quality of our products even further.
Successfully completing two campaigns has also allowed us to expand our machine park, enabling us to produce faster and with even higher quality than before.
