Our primary focus is on ensuring the highest quality on production, and we are committed to manufacturing the best game possible while maintaining communication with our backers, as we have already done in the past, even if it requires more time than initially expected. Although we are comfortable with the development and delivery timelines we have estimated to deliver a great product to our backers, the only risk factor, which can always happen, is a delay in delivery due to unplanned circumstances or longer than expected times for production or manufacturing.

Our previous campaigns was delayed during the manufacturing and fulfillment phases, but we are continuously learning and improving where we can. Vespuci's team has also grown in the last 2 years and that gives us more resources to better manage the project and its time frames. While we anticipate no delays in production or shipping, it is important to acknowledge the possibility of unforeseen events that could potentially extend the delivery process. 

Please keep in mind that unexpected global or local events may result in changes to the terms we offer to residents of affected countries. However, we will make every effort to address any issues that may arise from such events, as we have previously done during the Covid, Shipping crises, Ukraine war, Tariffs war, etc.

In the event of any changes on terms or delays on the announced dates that might occur, we will be updating you about everything that is happening with transparency, as we have always done.

If there is a drastic rise in global shipping and transport prices, it may be necessary for us to increase the shipping cost from what was announced in the campaign. However, it is important to note that we do not benefit from the shipping cost. In such a situation, we will strive to find the most comfortable and reasonable solution for all backers, as we did before.

By supporting this project, you acknowledge that our primary responsibility is to ship your order as entered into the pledge management system. You are accountable for any import fees or duties that may be payable to your country's tax authorities. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Each backer is limited to one delivery location, regardless of the number of pledges or copies ordered. Additionally, you accept full liability for providing accurate shipping details, as any inaccuracies may result in undeliverable or lost pledges, or additional costs.

If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly request you to reconsider backing this project.

We are fully focused on making the Gamefound edition of AMADONNIA as good as possible, without external constraints and without having to adapt to market circumstances, so we have not yet discussed any retail agreements. If those happen, they will be limited ONLY to the Basic Editions of AMADONNIA, and would not be available before 2027.

The Deluxe Editions of AMADONNIA, all of its exclusives (Solo Mode, Magnetic Box, etc.), and all the add-ons in this campaign will never be mass distributed in general retail.

We may sell units at game conventions or through our webstore if any stock remains after fulfillment is completed.

We also want to welcome local brick-and-mortar shops and offer them the possibility of backing this campaign in order to help make the project a reality and give access to the game to their local gaming communities. Local communities of gamers and competitions are an essential part of the Nexus ecosystem we aim to create.
