Regularly Scheduled Programing
Players play as toons trapped in a rubber-hose animated show called "Mort & Friends." The GM plays as the watcher.
The GM's job is to keep Mort happy while rooting for the players to escape. Watch out, though, you may be forced to make the characters' lives miserable to up the ratings.

Inside ANIMORT, you'll find everything you need to run a cartoonish nightmare game.
In this hardcover (and/or pdf) core rulebook, you'll find it's packed with:
- over half a dozen new character classes to play with
- a plethora of new monsters
- 4th wall breaking mechanics, best exemplified by The Trickster character class.
- A new broken table -- The Bent Table. In AniMort, you bend, you do not break, and because of that...
- New death mechanics.
- Plenty of new items and powers to turn the world upside down with.
- A new MISERY TABLE, certain to boost the ratings and the danger.
- Two new styles of play: The Silent Era and The Talkies
- While playing in a Talkies game, players are able to speak as normal. All the toons around them are able to do the same. In a Silent Era game, you'll need to use your words carefully. Speaking outside a safe zone will invite dangers.

What does fulfillment look like?
PDF and POD rewards will be fulfilled via DriveThruRPG. When they are released you'll receive a code.
If you've pledged for both the pdf and the print on demand of AniMort, you'll get two codes.
For the POD copies, note you'll be ordering it at cost, paying for the printing and shipping.
For transparency's sake, there will be a delay between the release of the pdf and the POD copy as I'll need to go through the process of printing, ordering, and reviewing the physical proofs.
If you ordered the poster or reference/item card deck, they will be fulfilled via DriveThruCards. When they're released you'll receive a code. You'll get a separate code for each if you pledged for both. For both pledges, as above, note you'll be ordering it at cost, paying for the printing and shipping.
