The adventure takes place during a peaceful village festival... until a gang of goblins turns the celebration into chaos. Can the players protect the villagers and uncover what's really happening?

Attack at the Sunset Festival is designed as a complete one-shot adventure that can be finished in a single session.

With an estimated playtime of 2–4 hours, it's perfect for introducing new players to Dungeons & Dragons, filling a free game night, or running between longer campaigns.

The pace is flexible. Groups that enjoy roleplaying can spend more time exploring the Sunset Festival and interacting with its colorful characters, while Game Masters who prefer a faster adventure can streamline the journey to the final showdown.

The Adventure Unfolds in 3 Acts

Act 1: Participate in the Sunset Festival

Act 2: Goblins Attack and the Players Pursue the Goblins
The adventure shifts into fast-paced action as the halflings defend the village, make meaningful choices, and begin tracking the goblin raiders through the wilderness.

Act 3: Showdown with the Goblin King in the Hideout
Explore the goblins' Hideout, overcome dangerous encounters, and face the Goblin King in an exciting finale filled with tactical combat and heroic moments.

Bring your adventure to life with five handcrafted animated battlemaps, created specifically for Attack at the Sunset Festival.

Every map has been handcrafted in Unreal Engine and carefully tailored to the adventure's key locations. No AI has been used in the creation of the battlemaps. 

The animated maps are designed to loop seamlessly and for use with Virtual Tabletops (VTTs). Grid and gridless versions of all animated maps are available.
