Balkanika: Safira's Escape is a narrative adventure card game for 2–4 players (90+ minutes).
Players travel together from location to location, revealing items, NPCs, and Safira’s forces as the story unfolds.
On each turn, a different player takes the role of narrator, guiding the scene and setting the tone, while the others respond in character, shaping the journey as a group.
Encounters are resolved with dice rolls, fighting Safira for control of each location. After five cards are revealed at a location, the story concludes with a win-or-lose narrative outcome unique to that adventure.
The game ends when either the party or Safira wins three locations.
With ten unique characters and multiple endings for each storyline, no two journeys unfold the same way.
