Prototype:

The standard Bamboo Ramboo box features 100 unique, hand-drawn cards with original artwork and card effects.

You'll play as one of these pandas! 

Each panda has its own way of gaining attack points. Gain as many points as you want until someone summons an Angel Bunny!

                         Fruity. Furry. Deadly.

All fired up? It's time to meet the Angel Bunnies! 

In this game, you summon and fight these cute furry bunnies. All bunnies are unique and have their own card effects to rattle your game and strategy.

If the pandas manage to defeat the bunny, the player with the highest attack points wins the round.

The first player to win 3 rounds wins the game!

                 Cooperative game... or not?

You and your friends cooperate as pandas to defeat the Angel Bunnies. 

But watch out for potential betrayal, sabotage, confusion, and chaos... from your own buddies! Yikes!

                         What’s your strategy?

This game is designed for multi-round strategic thinking! (Yet, it's suitable for kids 8+!)

The deck features: Symbol cards, effect cards, and plus/minus cards.

Play symbol cards to pile up attack points with your panda. Use plus cards to gain attacks without the use of symbols. Put minus cards on others to make them lose points. Effect cards are one-off effects to shake up the game!

"Be my booboo!" ~ Your strategy can be to make friends, boost your own attack, or... yeah, well... it involves the word 'peaches'.

You can help your buddies gain points and defeat the Angel Bunnies together or... 

...you can get in each other's way!

The rules

                         Optimized for strategy and luck

The pandas, Angel Bunnies, and fruity weapons are all designed with passion, cuteness, and care.

However, the real strength of this game lies in the optimized game mechanics. Beginners can quickly pick up this game... and may even find themselves winning! More experienced players can gain a competitive edge if they come up with their own strategy. Strike a balance between cooperation and competition!

The luck factor is large enough for newcomers to shake the experts. But there’s enough room for everyone to control their fate and show off their multi-round strategic decision-making prowess.

Pledges overview

Bamboo pledge

     Basic Edition: 100 cards with unique and hand-drawn artwork

This basic game also includes counters. Unfortunately, there are no physical examples of punchboard counters. But for the prototype we use plastic counters in a special 'Red or Blue' theme, featuring a cherry (1 point) or blueberries (3 points) to keep track of the points.

The final version will include velvet pouches and fruity counters that are denominated with 1 and 5 (See below for reference). This counting system was deemed optimal, according to the many play-tests.

Boonana pledge

     Deluxe Edition - More cards: Now up to 8 players!

The Boonana pledge features the Deluxe edition that contains 20 more cards than the basic Bamboo pledge. For just 6 euros more, you will get the most disruptive cards in the game.

This Deluxe edition adds 3 new pandas, 7 more Angel Bunnies, and 10 more fruity weapons, plus/minus, and effect cards.

Early Boo pledge (Time-limited)

The Early Boo pledge is a time-limited offer for the early birds. This pledge features the Deluxe edition of Bamboo Ramboo with 120 cards, including the stretch goals, and also the following Kickstarter Exclusive merchandise:

This Transcendence pledge features one Deluxe deck and one signed deluxe deck. The holographic card and the metal pin have the Transcendence design. Projected timeline

The projected timeline is as follows.

Experience has taught me that many things in the process take time to reach perfection. And even though I want to promise you that the game and other merchandise will be at your doorstep as soon as possible, I also want to be realistic and honest. In order to give you the best playing experience, this is the most optimal estimate I can give you, while ensuring the highest quality of the game.

For sure, I'll keep in contact with you on a regular basis and notify you with new available updates. I'll also share photos and videos of the production process in the factories and so on. I'm excited! Stay tuned!

Estimated shipping

Bamboo Ramboo has world-wide shipping and delivery to most countries. Free shipping for the Zeus and Transcendence pledge. A small fee for the other pledges. A general rule of thumb is that the shipping will be on average around 10 to 15 euros. Feel free to ask specific questions about your country's shipping or pledge situation.
