My name is Foulebo, and I have been handcrafting artisanal dice entirely by hand for several years. Over time, I’ve had the privilege of successfully delivering 4 Kickstarter campaigns, gathering more than 400 backers, and I’m happy to return today with my 5th project, my most refined one yet.
This new collection features five unique handcrafted dice sets, each one carefully made by hand and featuring finely embedded miniature figurines, arranged like small dioramas inside the dice themselves.
This campaign also introduces 9 new Jumbo dice, bringing larger, more detailed pieces to the collection for those who want something even more striking.
In addition, the creations from my previous Kickstarter are also available as add-ons, for those who wish to expand or complete their collection.
Each piece is designed as a balance of beauty, imagination, and craftsmanship, turning every roll into a small, immersive visual experience.
My goal remains the same: to create elegant, unique, balanced, and functional dice, while remaining more accessible than most artisan creators on the market. Every set is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, designed for both passionate players and collectors.
Let’s now take a closer look at these five unique sets

Manufacturing
Each dice set I create requires several hours of work, with great attention to every detail. I use resin to ensure durability and transparency, and I incorporate hand-painted miniature figures,This process, which demands patience and precision, makes each piece truly unique.
Another key aspect for me was to ensure perfect visibility of the figures from any angle. I have designed the dice so that each figure is optimally positioned, never obscured. This allows you to admire every detail while maintaining excellent readability during gameplay.
With these dice, you get unique pieces that are both beautiful and fully functional, combining meticulous craftsmanship with the joy of gaming.
Balancing
I often get asked:
"Don’t the figures inside your dice mess with the balance?"
It’s a fair question. But the answer is simple and backed by data: no there’s no noticeable imbalance. My dice remain fair and balanced.
1. Materials with Equivalent Density
The embedded figures are made from a resin whose density, once fully cured, is nearly identical to the casting resin used for the rest of the die.
An offset of 0.025 g/cm³ is far too small to cause any physical imbalance you could perceive or measure in normal gameplay.
2. 1000 Rolls Analyzed
To confirm this, I ran a simple test:
I rolled one of these handmade D20 1000 times and recorded every single result.
The results are distributed normally around this value.
No face stands out as disproportionately rolled.
In short, the die behaves just like a standard, well-made D20.
No bias. No overrepresented face.
Here’s a comparison, this time using a random dice roller.
I used the website rolladie.net to simulate 1000 rolls of a D20, matching the exact same conditions as in my real-life test.
3. No Commercial Dice Is “Perfectly Balanced”
Here’s a common misconception:
Even regular, store-bought dice are not perfectly balanced.
RPG dice are often injection molded, painted, hollow under the numbers, or contain invisible micro-bubbles all of which introduce small imperfections.
Only casino dice (used in regulated gambling) are physically and mathematically balanced to high precision.
And even those are laser-cut, individually calibrated, and not designed for RPG use.
Outside of that ultra-specific context, all dice even mass-produced ones have slight natural imperfections, with or without embedded figures.
Pledge Over Time
Kickstarter now offers a feature called Pledge Over Time, which allows you to split your contribution into three monthly payments, with no extra fees.
This option is available for any pledge of €125 or more, with no upper limit.
For example, if you select a €125 tier, you can choose to: pay the full amount at the end of the campaign, or spread the cost over three equal monthly payments (around €41.67 per month).
The first payment will only be charged once the campaign ends successfully.
The two remaining payments will be automatically billed monthly until the total amount is covered.
All rewards including those paid through Pledge Over Time will be shipped in December, at the same time as for all other backers.
Shipping
All shipping rates are displayed in the table.
Each shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel throughout delivery.
Any additional contribution, including add-ons, benefits from reduced shipping costs as shown in the table.
There are no taxes to pay for backers located in the European Union ( UE ) and the United States.
For other countries, local taxes may potentially apply depending on local regulations.
What Happens Next
Once the campaign is over, I'll start making and shipping each set. This will take around Five months, to ensure that each die is made with the care it deserves. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order, and you can rest assured that everything will be done to ensure safe delivery.
I'm committed to ensuring that every set meets the highest expectations in terms of quality and detail. But don't just take my word for it - take the word of those who have already received them. Contributors to my first campaign raved about the beauty and meticulous craftsmanship of my dice. Here's some of their feedback to give you an idea of what you can expect.
