MEET BIG KAHUNA
The strategy fishing card game where every catch presents a choice: Trade your fish for better gear, or recast it as bait tobet on something bigger.
HOW TO PLAY:
PICK YOUR CHARACTER
You're playing as an up and coming angler looking to etch their name in fishing history. Each character adds their own unique gameplay twist to swing the odds in their favour, adding strategic depth and extra replayability.
CHOOSE YOUR FISHING LOCATION
Work your way through five unique Fishing Spots, each one swimming with potential. The deeper the Spot, the harder it is to fish. You'll need to upgrade your gear and cross your fingers before you even think about casting in open waters and looking for the ultimate prize: The one and only Big Kahuna.
REEL EM IN
Draw cards and roll dice to reel in Trash, Treasure, and hopefully, Fish. Once you've caught one, hold your horses. You now face a crucial choice: keep it and end your turn, or throw it back in as bait on your hook to attract an even bigger fish. Be careful, if your line snaps you'll lose the fish you're battling AND the one you used as bait. But you're no chicken, right?
UPGRADES & WINNING
Sell what you've caught to upgrade your rod, buy new lures and if you're lucky, add powerful trinkets to your hand. Upgrades are necessary for pushing into deeper waters and catching bigger and better fish. Eventually, you'll be ready to go after the Big Kahuna, be the first to catch it and instantly win the game!
BEAUTIIFUL HAND DRAWN ILLUSTRATIONS!
Every card in Big Kahuna is hand drawn. No AI, no exceptions.
