WTF Is Going On?
It took a month to travel this far below the surface. So many died, but it was worth it to step over their corpses to get closer to this moment. Deep within the unforgiving earth a great cavern opens before you. Dozens of greasy campfires illuminate the makeshift camp within the massive chamber.
All eyes watch the same terrible thing. 100' up, rotating with inexplicable menace, an inverted pyramid protruding from the mist. This is the tomb of the ancient king Cemlyn.
Rickety scaffolding winds up the cavern walls and around the pyramid. From the tip of the monument a constant stream of gore spills forth feeding a lake of viscera and hundreds of mangled bodies.
You finish what may be your last meal, check your gear, and pray to whatever god has probably abandoned you in this cursed place. You nod to your crew. You have a scant 2 hours to brave the deathtrap of and ancient King Cemlyn. Somewhere within his Crown awaits, and with it the power to unite a people against the onslaught of the living dungeon gods above.
Bloodbath Dungeon
A series that strikes fear into the weak and lights up the eyes of those brave enough to risk everything for glory. The 3rd entry in the line-up brings new features, new surprises, and plenty of opportunity for players to be complete maniacs. Get in, get loot, and get out if you can.
A new tournament dungeon from your friends and enemies at Duck and Crow Press. Get rich and die trying.
Bloodbath Dungeon Adventures
Along with the new adventure, we are releasing the new Bloodbath Dungeon Adventure game rules! You can play The Caliginous Cenotaph of Cemlyn with whatever system you want, but BDA are the Duck and Crow house system that drive the tournaments!
Live Play
We ran a live playtest of The Caliginous Cenotaph at THCC in Easthampton, MA! We did some fun goofy stuff but it was a blast. Check out the mayhem!
