Customs-friendly shipping is available in the US, EU, UK, Australia, and Canada. This means that you will not pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your pledge (but you are still responsible for VAT or taxes as listed above).

VAT and taxes will be collected in the pledge manager according to your country's requirements. See below:

US: You may pay sales tax based on your state of residence.
EU & UK: You will pay VAT based on your country of residence.
Iceland, Norway, Switzerland: You may be responsible for VAT / customs on your shipment as determined regionally at the time of delivery by your provider.
All Other Countries: You will not pay VAT / tax in the pledge manager.
