We love supporting brick and mortar stores as much as we can!

To qualify for the Retailer Pledge, you must own a physical store that sells tabletop games and is open to the public (and/or offering curbside pick-up). Addresses that are apartments or homes will not be eligible for the retail pledge level.

Please email steph@firstfishgames.com to provide proof of business. More details about the retailer pledge will be shared via email as well.

Terms and Conditions

By pledging to this campaign, you acknowledge that the artwork, materials and content of the rewards are subject to change and may differ from what is presented on this Kickstarter campaign.

You are responsible for confirming your pledge, address and other information required to ship your product to you in a timely manner. If you do not complete your order in Pledge Manager within 8 weeks of our notification via email, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you and your pledge will become a donation. However, we may, at our discretion, refund or ship your pledge if you contact us and confirm your pledge after the 8 week window has elapsed.

We reserve the right to sell our Kickstarter games at events and conventions, for the purpose of keeping our company going, at any point during manufacturing and fulfilment. We will always do our best to get our games to you on time, before they go to retail.

Refunds

After 7 days have passed from the end of this Kickstarter campaign, we will only be able to refund 85% of the amount paid. This is due to Kickstarter, Pledge Manager, and other fees we incur and cannot reclaim.  All refunds requested after the campaign will be processed in CAD.

Damaged Games

We will do our best to ensure that your package arrives in good condition, but all decisions on box replacements will be made on a case by case basis. Due to the difficulty and expense of replacing boxes, depending on your region, we may not be able to replace some boxes.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost or returned due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reship your game one time, free of charge, after re-confirming with you. If you provided incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
