CAYOSLAND: A Roguelike TCG

Somewhere between your first internet meme post and a fever dream you can't explain to your therapist, there's a world called CAYOSLAND. A world full of color, definitely no rules and weird monsters made from internet memes.

Gravity might turn off, a trash bin might take over all of Cayosland, a goldfish might flying-kick you, and for some weird reason all of this fits perfectly into a card game you can play in PvE or PvP!

Oh, and yeah, I forgot: there's a FISH GUN. Loaded, aimed and emotionally unstable. We're just saying: you've probably never backed a game that has that.

Cayosland is a strategic, fast and genuinely funny roguelike trading card game where you build a deck, load up on overpowered Gadget combos and face epic monsters, roll a die and fight your way through a world that stopped following its own rules a long time ago. 

NO TWO RUNS PLAY THE SAME

We built this game to:
- give you a real PvP experience against your friends, and even better, a full-blown singleplayer roguelike dungeon crawler for whenever your friends are busy being responsible adults.
- reward weird, game-breaking combos with your Gadget cards.
- make you laugh out loud at your own trading cards, which, let's be honest, most trading cards don't.

You start a run with an Adventure deck (monsters,merchants,events) and a stack of Gadget cards that`ll make your life easier and create game-breaking combos. Roll the die, deal damage, take some back, loot Gadgets and repeat until every monster between you and the exit is dealt with - evil ones, cute ones, doesn`t matter. Want to battle your friends? Choose your favorite monster team and let them smash your opponent.

Toast Paladin - A toast, leveled up into a full armored paladin, his squires are also toasts. Facing you with unrefined carb power and with his baguette hammer and enough gluten in his system to legally count as a weapon, at least against people with intolerance.

Señor Flatulencio - A taco controlled by a chilli, two revolvers, zero training, and a smell so aggressive it counts as a third weapon.

Karate Goldfish - A goldfish that learned karate exclusively from YouTube Shorts. Hits you twice before you can blink, and heals back to full the second he forgets the fight ever happened.

Every tier gets you into Cayosland before anyone else - physical decks, Kickstarter-exclusive cards that never appear again. Here`s the honest version: the cards are designed, the rules are playtested and the world already exists in our heads down to the last chilli-piloted taco. What`s missing is the part where all of that turns into an actual deck you can hold, shuffle, and lose your Tuesday evening to.

Printing a game properly - real cardstock, accurate colors, boxes that survive an actual shipping container - costs real money, and we`d rather ask you upfront than cut corners later and pretend the washed-out foil was always the plan. This campaign is the difference between Cayosland staying a very detailed inside joke between some cringe people, and actually reaching your table.
