What is an 80s 'Orange Spine' inspired book?: When I was a kid, growing up in the late 70s and 80s, I loved going to Waldenbooks and looking for classic TSR 'Orange Spine' hardcovers with incredible cover artwork by Jeff Easley. Over the years, I've had recurring dreams (nightmares) that I'll be in a used bookstore and find a collection of never before seen orange spine hardcovers, but I'm somehow always unable to buy them. To try to solve this obvious mental issue, I set out to create my own set of never before seen orange spine hardcovers and utilizing my relationships with those old TSR cover artists like Jeff. Thus, the Folio hardcover sets were born, and to date, I've managed to produce 10 of these books (and there were only 12 ever produced by TSR). These books collect adventures campaigns from the Folio module series, introduce a full book of new monsters, and even replicate the wonder of the old Unearthed Arcana with my own 30+ years of gaming experience. All include classic AD&D mechanics as well as 5E D&D mechanics as well.
What is 'The Folio'? While working as the art director of Gygax Magazine I thought it might be possible to create retro-clone magazine similar to the old Dungeon Magazine (as Gygax was a reflection of the old Dragon Magazine). However, for reasons beyond all of our control, Gygax ceased publication, but my idea was still there, in my head, and so I created The Folio, a module based series of adventures with incredible covers much like Dungeon had back in the 1980s. These modules became the basis for many of the orange spine hardcover series with inclusion of special 'mini-adventures' not included in the standard Folios. While these are now mostly out of print (like the hardcovers we are looking to fund here), you can still get them in PDF format.

What mechanics are these books in? As stated above, all 10 of these tomes are created with both classic AD&D and 5E D&D mechanics, allowing for DM to choose which system in which they want to play!

How long are they? All these books range from 126 to 134 pages, as I wanted to make them as uniform to the classic 1980s hardcovers as I could.

What is the estimated Shipping? Obviously shipping varies depending on your rewards, but you can apply the following as a guide for shipping costs that will need to be added through the pledge manager after the campaign.

The Complete Roslof Keep: Come join the adventure with this comprehensive 134 page hardcover!  Compiling the full Roslof Keep Campaign adventure series from Folios 1-6, as well as supplemental mini-adventures 1.5 thru 6.5 and the Nameless Realms Races supplement, this is a true mega-adventure.  Written in both 1E AD&D and 5E D&D mechanics, the hardcover has been designed to mimic the essence of the classic 1980s 'Orange Spine' hardcover series by TSR and has an original cover by iconic artist Jeff Easley.  With both 2D & 3D maps, Iconic characters, character sheets, and more, this isn't something to miss out on, especially if you are a gaming collector.

The Cities of Sorcery: Come join the adventure with this comprehensive 126 page double trilogy!  Compiling the full extent of the Hidden Valoria trilogy and the Ghosts of Taux trilogy from Folios #8-#13, as well as supplemental mini-adventures for each Folio, and the Places of Valoria V1-2 supplement, this is an epic double city adventure.  Written in both 1E AD&D and 5E D&D mechanics, this huge text has been designed to mimic the essence of the classic 1980s 'Orange Spine' hardcovers by TSR and has an original cover by iconic artist Jeff Easley.  With both 2D & 3D maps, Iconic Characters handouts, campaign characters sheets, and more, this isn't something to miss out on if you are a true hard core gamer.

The Complete White Ship: Compiling the full White Ship Campaign adventures series from Folio 14-19, as well as over half a dozen supplemental mini-adventures and the Ports of the Nameless Realms supplement, this is a true monster of a sea-based dungeon and lost island crawl.  The adventure will take characters from 1st -12th level in an epic island hopping campaign! Written in both 1E AD&D and 5E D&D mechanics, this huge adventure has been designed to mimic the essence of the classic 1980s 'Orange Spine' hardcovers by TSR and has an incredible cover by iconic artist Keith Parkinson. With both 2D & 3D maps, Iconic Characters, new monsters, and more, this isn't something to miss.

The Complete Curse of Roslof Keep: Take your epic Roslof campaign to entirely new heights with this 128 page blockbuster high level mega-dungeon!  Comprising the contents of Folios #20-#25, as well as 14 mini-adventures, this book will move characters up into the high teens.  Presented in both AD&D and 5th Edition D&D formats, this book will compete your 'four horseman of TSR' art collection of 'orange spines' with an inspiring cover by artist Clyde Caldwell!

The Dungeons at Worlds End: Contains two trilogy adventure series, as well as two 'bonus' mini-modules, for use with classic AD&D as well as 5th Edition D&D.  The first trilogy, Ice on the Water, follows a party aboard a ship in the far north as they try to retrieve a series of ancient trees to stop a druid from destroying a southern city.  In the second trilogy, a party must enter the forbidden wilds of far Arcania, brave the random chaos magic storms, and defeat a dark cult inside the ruins of an ancient monastery.  If you are looking for 'far-flung' adventures set outside the realms of civilization, this book is for you!

The Complete Virgin Mine: Within the pages of this seven party mega-dungeon the characters will journey into the deep jungle and delve into a cursed mine filled with classic monsters. The mine itself has been created to inhibit characters from becoming too powerful once inside, thus providing the DM with the ability to throw many incredible low level monsters at the party without ever losing the thrill of low-level game play. Each of the separate seven dungeons has its own theme, providing unique game-play opportunities and customization by the DM as they like, and as always is in both AD&D and 5E mechanics. This is certainly not your standard dungeon slog, and features incredible cover art by Justin Gerrard.

The Complete Black Label: Collects the first 6 Issues of The Folio: Black Label into a single volume.  This features two distinct trilogy adventures, the first within the wilds of the central Nameless Realms, and the second revolving around an abduction into the Ash Lands of the Burning City.  All adventures are designed for a more adult theme, and have mechanics for both AD&D and 5th Edition D&D.

The Artifacts of Adventure: Within the pages of this tome, you will find eight incredible adventures that cover time periods from the 'magic & powder' setting, Gun Kingdoms, to the more traditional dungeons of standard fantasy.  Three adventures follow the exploits of a post magical apocalypse crew as they look for lost magic and gold amid the ruins, while five other adventures say within the confines a true fantasy.  Delve into a frozen dungeon, sail on magical currents between planetary spheres, and fight against the undead and dark Templars of a dread temple.  These are just a few of the adventures awaiting your characters in Artifacts of Adventure.  Compiled within are 6 Folio: Digital Quarterly adventures, and 3 Folio: True Level Adventure paths from Art of the Genre.

The Folio of Fiendish Monsters: After more than thirty years, AD&D faithful finally have a new monster edition to add to their collection.  The book includes 115 new monsters with art, descriptions, and stats for each.  There are also new treasure charts, and other tables for weapons, trade goods, regions, and more.  Within the final pages is a 5th Edition D&D stat appendix to bring these monsters to life in 5E campaigns as well.  And don't forget this incredible cover by Jeff Easley!

The Storyteller's Arcana: Over the course of decades, gaming knowledge has been passed down, refined, and shared within the confines of tabletop RPGs.  Dungeon Masters have spent countless hours creating new challenges for players, sometimes off the cuff, sometimes stolen from fantasy and science fiction media, but no matter the initial inspiration point, adventure abound. Within these pages you will find all the secrets from the gaming tables of Art of the Genre, including takes on fantastic versions of modern media trope NPCs, new spells, boss monster one shot encounters, as well as the rules I live by for running a campaign with depth beyond experience points. Gaming formats inside the Storyteller's Arcana are for both classic AD&D as well as 5th Edition D&D, and with incredible cover art by Larry Elmore!
