FAQ
Need to change your tier or add items? DO NOT CANCEL your pledge! Use the 'Manage Pledge' button at the top of the screen to keep your Early Bird and Follower bonuses intact.
How exactly does the $50 Early Bird discount work?
The Early Bird discount is automatically applied to the K.O., Unlimited and World’s Finest tiers if you pledge within the first 48 hours of the campaign. Example: Instead of the standard $499 for the K.O. tier, your pledge will be $449. Note: If you cancel and re-pledge after the 48-hour window closes, you will lose the discount.
How does the 5x Stretch Pay work? Are there interest fees?
Stretch Pay allows you to split your total pledge into 5 equal, monthly installments at zero interest. The first installment is charged when the campaign successfully ends, and the remaining four are charged monthly thereafter. You can select this option at checkout!
If I use Stretch Pay, do I still get the Early Bird discount?
Yes! You absolutely get the $50 discount. Example: if you back the K.O. Tier Early Bird using Stretch Pay, your monthly installment will be just $89.80.
I followed the campaign before launch! How do I make sure I get my free Zinc Founder d20?
Thank you for being with us from the start! As long as you followed the project before we went live and back at any physical reward tier (Teen Titans, Worlds Finest or K.O. Tier), the Gamefound system will automatically add the Zinc d20 to your cart at no extra charge.
Do I get the free d20 if I back the Digital-Only (Year One) tier?
The free follower gift is a physical item and requires physical shipping. Therefore, it is only automatically added to pledges that include physical rewards (Teen Titans or K.O. Tier).
Why wasn't I charged for shipping at the checkout?
To ensure you get the most accurate and fair shipping rates based on the final weight of your unlocked stretch goals, shipping and taxes/VAT are NOT included in the current Gamefound pledge. These will be calculated and charged closer to the manufacturing date during our post-campaign Pledge Manager phase.
Will this project have "Friendly Shipping" for my region?
Yes! We will be fulfilling via regional hubs in North America and the EU. This means your rewards will be shipped from within those zones, preventing surprise customs fees at your door. (VAT will still be collected in the Pledge Manager per local laws).
I backed the Teen Titans (Intermediate) tier. Are the Metal Dice and Crisis Die included?
The Teen Titans tier includes all the core physical books in the premium slipcase, plus the PDFs. However, you can add any of the dice sets to your Teen Titans pledge via the "Add-Ons" section!
When will the digital PDFs be delivered?
Digital fulfillment always happens much faster than physical manufacturing! We anticipate delivering the core PDF rulebooks to all backers several months before the physical boxes ship out. We will provide a strict timeline in our post-campaign updates.
Do Digital-Only (Year One) backers get the Stretch Goals?
Digital backers will receive all digital Stretch Goals unlocked during the campaign (such as additional PDF scenarios, digital maps, or expanded lore PDFs). Physical upgrades (like foil covers, thicker paper, new miniatures, or physical cards) are strictly tied to the physical tiers.
How do Stretch Goals work? Are they based on funding or days?
We are utilizing a mix of both! Some stretch goals will unlock as we hit specific funding milestones, while others are "Daily Unlocks" that will be revealed as the campaign progresses. Check our daily updates to see what gets added!
Will the game be available in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.)?
The game will be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Any future translated editions will be handled by international publishing partners down the line and are not included in this crowdfunding campaign.
My credit card was declined! Did I lose my Early Bird spot?
Do not panic! Your Early Bird spot is locked in as long as you pledged during the 48-hour window. Gamefound does not actually charge your card until the campaign officially ends in 30 days. If your card fails then, you will have a grace period of about a week to update your payment method or contact your bank to approve the transaction.
I logged in with my Apple ID and I am not getting any emails or updates.
If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" relay feature, Gamefound's automated emails and campaign updates often get blocked or sent to spam. We highly recommend logging into your Gamefound account settings and updating your profile with a standard email address so you don't miss the Pledge Manager launch later!
Is this based on 5E or another system?
No, this is not a 5E hack! The DC Comics Justice League Unlimited Roleplaying game uses the Entropy System, a custom-built ruleset created by the D20 Culture team specifically to emulate the high-octane action, investigation, and teamwork cinematic games. I strongly recommend checking out our Actual Plays and free Quickstart on Drivethru.
