Defenders of the Dictionary is a cooperative word-building board game for 1–4 players. Work together to build words across Wordopolis, complete 17 increasingly challenging missions, outwit meddling villains, and uncover the Master Villain behind it all. 

You already know how to play classic word games. In Defenders, each player draws from a personal bag of letter tiles, contributes letters to the team, and works together to decide which words to build.

Villains introduce imaginative new constraints that force you to adapt, while the districts of Wordopolis challenge you to build words that are sometimes precise and surgical, and other times sprawling across the city.

A Quick Play mode is also included for players who want to jump right in, along with a robust solo mode for those who want to defend Wordopolis on their own.
