Dethlehem's 5th Album - Foul Sorcery

DETHLEHEM calls upon you to join us in completing our latest quest: FOUL SORCERY!

With your aid, we shall summon our new album into the mortal realm. For many years, the lands were peaceful....but now, a formidable foe emerges! Who better to heed the call than the mighty warriors of DETHLEHEM!!? We've conjured an all new, epic, melodic death metal adventure! With you in our party, we know we can bring our latest tale to life in ways worthy of our efforts!

DETHLEHEM is a D&D campaign that came to life and formed a metal band! Clad in armor, our melodic death metal onslaught features songs about dragons, mimics, gelatinous cubes, mind flayers, and more!

DETHLEHEM is a 100% DIY band. That means we do everything ourselves. We create artwork, design, film videos, craft social media content, build stage props, ship purchases, manage and book shows...you name it! We record in house and write all of the music and lyrics to our songs. If there is something outside of our skillset, we fund the required mercenaries with gold from our own coffers to get it done. Folks like the extremely talented Dylan Macko who hand crafted our new album art and the award winning Brian Loughlin for mixing and mastering! And we can't forget Benny Miller for the awesome shirt design!

Kickstarter is a way for us to pre-sell the album and use the funds generated to make it THE BEST IT CAN BE before it gets released. A place to gather resources before setting off on an EPIC QUEST. By pledging your gold now, you'll help us forge the mightiest version of our album before it’s unleashed. With incredible fans like you supporting our party we can craft rare loot that would otherwise be beyond our reach like vinyl records, cds, cassette tapes, t-shirts, and other spoils!

FOUL SORCERY is not only completely written, but all songs are also recorded and already in the mixing and mastering process, with half of the songs already mixed and mastered! We're extremely happy to be this far along in our journey.

Between now and release, we’ll be sharpening the sound, recording our story-driven interludes, getting assets together for promotion, and completing the design and production of all physical rewards.

WARRIORS! We have reached our first MILESTONE! The VILLAIN behind this FOUL SORCERY has been REVEALED.....and it's none other than the nefarious warlock, DREGMOUR!!!!!

New to Dethlehem and unfamiliar with Dregmour? He was the main antagonist on our second album back in 2011! Thought to be dead, the warlock is BACK and STRONGER THAN EVER! Can our heroes overcome Dregmour's plot!?!?

AS A BIG THANK YOU FOR MEETING OUR GOAL, EVERYONE GETS A FREE CAMEO-STYLE MESSAGE FROM A RANDOM BAND MEMBER! Sorry, you don't get to choose who, but we'd be happy to tell your kids to clean up their room or wish your mom a happy birthday!

If we reach the $9000 mark, everyone who has pledged at the Bardic Cassette Relic tier or higher will also receive a copy of our last album, MAELSTROM OF THE EMERALD DRAGON on cassette tape (for the very first and LAST time!)

If we reach the $12000 mark, everyone who has pledged at the Brutalitus’ 2XLPVinyl Shield & DM Screen tier or higher will receive a super limited, 7' vinyl with our single, SUN-SEEKER on it! That's not all....a SUPER SECRET ALTERNATE VERSION of a song off of FOUL SORCERY will be on SIDE B!

If you wish to get this reward and didn't back at the required level, it will also be available as an ADD-ON if we reach this goal so long as you backed at the Bardic Cassette Relic tier or higher!
