Dice Pantheon
Cast in Magic, Forged with Might
The world's first D&D dice collection where the material matches the mettle of the class.
We are bringing to life a precision-milled dice series that combines 5 distinct industrial metals - Aerospace TC4 Titanium, Stainless Steel, Solid Copper, Brass, and Aluminum - into two cohesive sets: The Martials and The Casters.
Anchoring the entire collection is The Titan - a massive 35mm solid Titanium D20.
This is not standard casting; it is precision engineering. While most metal dice are cast from a single uniform alloy, Dice Pantheon requires industrial multi-axis CNC machining to carve unique densities and weights for every single die. To fully bring these materials to life, we are coordinating seven complex finishing processes - ranging from multi-color electroplating and industrial chemical bluing to antique patinas.
From the lightweight precision of the aerospace alloys to the heavy impact of the dense industrial metals, this project is designed to put true craftsmanship behind each roll.
Your character is legendary, your dice should be too.
What is a hero? A hero is an adventurer who gains power through perseverance. Their spirit defined by their party, their deeds, and their class.
THE MARTIALS
Material: Mixed Industrial Metals (Titanium, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass)
Warriors rely on their weapons and the strength of their arms. For the Martials, we chose heavy solid metals – Titanium, Stainless Steel, Copper, and Brass. These dice are cold to the touch, heavy in the hand, and hit the table with a satisfying thunk.
D20 – The Frontline. We chose aerospace TC4 Titanium with fine polishing. Titanium is the king of metals: lightweight, non-corrosive, and notoriously difficult to machine. We chose it for the D20 because it represents the leader - unbreakable and tireless. Fine-polished to a smooth, metallic shine, this die will outlast the ages.
The D12 – The Barbarian. We chose Stainless Steel with a stonewashed antique finish, a finish that looks battle-worn, drawing on primal rage. Like a greataxe that has seen a thousand wars, this steel is gritty, textured, and ready to cleave. May your hits be Crits and your rage relentless.
The D100 – The Fighter. We chose Stainless Steel with a high-polish mirror finish. No tricks, just mastery. The Fighter is the backbone of the party, and Steel is the backbone of the world. We polished this solid steel die to perfection to represent the flawless technique of a master of arms. It isheavy, cold, and precise.
The D10 – The Ranger. We chose solid pure Copper with a forced patina finish. Rangers don't need to shine; they need to survive. We applied an antique finish to eliminate reflections, perfect for the hunter stalking in the wild. Because of this organic process, no two dice are exactly alike – each Ranger bears a unique, weathered pattern. Rugged and blending into the terrain, it is a tool for those who know the land. As a living metal, this copper will continue to age and develop its own personal patina over time.
The D8 – The Paladin. We chose solid Brass with a mirror finish. Shining like gold in the face of adversity, this brass has the holy aura of a divine knight. Heavy in the hand, it carries the weight of your oath, ready to deliver a Divine Smite to fiends and foes alike.
The D6 – The Rogue. We chose chemically blued Stainless Steel. Draped in shadow, we utilized an industrial chemical bluing process – historically used to darken blades – to eliminate glint. Stealthy as a moonless night, it is your silent partner when striking from the darkness.
The D4 – The Monk. We chose solid Brass with a directional brushed texture. Brass for the bruisers. Unlike the Paladin’s shine, this finish feels like an ancient temple gong or a hardened knuckle duster. Whether landing a flurry of blows or a high kick, it strikes with distinct impact.
THE CASTERS
Material: Precision-Milled Aluminum
Magic is vibrant, energetic, and defies reality itself. For the Casters, we chose industrial Aluminum - lightweight, precise, and capable of holding vivid colors, this material allows us to use advanced anodization and electroplating techniques to represent the full spectrum of the arcane weave.
The D20 – The Weave: We utilized a special Rainbow Chrome Electroplating. Magic comes in every color, from the auroras of the north to the mage’s prismatic spray. This mirror-like prism shifts and shimmers with every roll, representing Arcana itself – chaos, beauty, and infinite possibility.
The D12 – The Bard: We chose an Electric Pink finish. Precious as a poem, sharp as a lyric. Bards demand center stage. This hue is bold, neon, and impossible to ignore. It is designed toentrance minds, enchant senses, and ensure all eyes on you.

The D10 – The Warlock: We chose a Void-Black finish. A pact that binds; a quest that blinds. This die is as dark as the ink of the contract you signed. The matte black surface seems to absorb light, representing the eldritch emptiness you harness to blast your foes.

The D100 – The Cleric: We chose a Radiant Silver finish. A beacon of divinity that sheds all pretense to pray to the powers that be. We achieved this brilliant, sterling sheen to represent holy light in the darkest dungeons. It is a die for the healer who must persevere, shining with purity and purpose.

The D8 – The Sorcerer: We chose a Royal Gold finish. Some study magic; you are magic. Whether inherited from dragons or the deep, your power is innate. This gold anodized finish represents the inheritance of the Sorcerer - effortlessly effective and undeniably valuable.

The D6 – The Wizard: We chose a Deep Sapphire Blue finish. The color of pure knowledge and the depths of the mind. Wizards are the architects of reality. This intense, saturated blue channels the intellect of the high mage, ready to roast a room with a Fireball or decode the secrets of the universe.

The D4 – The Druid: We chose a Verdant Forest Green finish. Green as the canopy, lethal as a leopard. Embodying the wrath of nature, this rich emerald tone connects you to the earth. It is perfect for Wild-Shaping into a beast or calling down the storm.
THE TITAN

Material: Solid Milled TC4 Titanium
The Earthshaker. The Table-Breaker. The Final Verdict!
We didn’t just want to make a big die; we wanted to machine a monolith. Milled from a single, massive billet of Aerospace TC4 Titanium, this 35mm giant towers over standard dice, dominating the battlefield.
With a crushing weight of 121.07 grams, The Titan possesses a terrifying inertia that no other materials can match. It doesn’t just roll; it collides. When this die hits the table, the room falls silent. It is the ultimate tool for the Dungeon Master – a die that even the gods fear. When The Titan lands, the fate of the party is sealed.

Our Story
We met in Toronto during our MBA - a bond cemented not just by shared projects, but by our shared love for Dungeons & Dragons. It became the game that connected us and the creative outlet that kept us inspired. Since then, our goal has been to create the dice sets of our dreams - pieces that elevate the experience every time we play.

Dice Pantheon is the natural intersection of our professional expertise and our personal passion. With over 10 years in R&D and Architecture, Mandana brings an obsession with structure and material science to ensure every die is a precision-engineered instrument. Catherine brings a decade of expertise in operations, ensuring that every detail from the weight in your hand to the final experience - is seamless. Parmeet has been running D&D games for nearly a decade now and has brought the hobby with him across his many adventures. He ensures that our designs uphold the spirit of the game, rigorously testing that every die feels as good to roll as it looks to display.
Manufacturing and Design Journey
The Challenge: 5 Metals. 7 Finishes. Zero Compromise.
Finding a manufacturing partner for Dice Pantheon was the single hardest part of this journey. Most factories specialize in one material - usually simple Zinc or Aluminum. When we presented our requirements - 5 distinct industrial metals (Titanium, Steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminum) with class-specific surface treatments - most manufacturers declined the project.
Specifically, Aerospace TC4 Titanium is notoriously difficult to machine. Finding a partner with the expertise to mill Titanium to our precision standards, while also handling complexed finishing of other metals, was a massive undertaking.
The Process: CNC vs. Casting
To achieve the sharp edges and perfect balance required for Dice Pantheon, standard mold casting was never an option. We are utilizing multi-axis CNC machining to carve each die from solid billets of metal. This ensures uniform density and razor-sharp geometry that poured molds simply cannot match.
Tailored Finishing: A Finish for Every Class.
We refused to use a "one-finish-fits-all" approach. To truly represent the soul of the classes, we are coordinating a massive array of industrial finishing techniques on a single production line. This adds immense complexity for our manufacturers, but the result is a collection where every die feels structurally unique.
Precision Polishing (Titanium): A multi-stage buffing process used on the D20 to bring the raw, grey titanium to a bright, jewelry-grade luster without plating over the metal.
Industrial Chemical Bluing (Stainless Steel): Used on the Rogue D6. We dip the steel in a hot oxidizing solution to create a layer of black magnetite, the same finish used to protect firearms.
Antiquing (Copper & Stainless Steel): Used on the Barbarian D12 and Ranger D10. We accelerate the natural patina of the copper and treat the steel to create a dark, weathered surface that mimics years of use in the wild.
Directional Brushing (Brass): Used on the Monk D4. Instead of a smooth polish, we apply a mechanical directional texture that gives the metal a tactile "grip" and a satin visual effect.
Mirror Polishing (Stainless Steel & Brass): Used on the Fighter D100 and Paladin D8. A high-grit polish that removes all surface imperfections, turning the hard metal into a perfect reflector.
Rainbow Electroplating (Aluminum): Used on the Caster D20. A complex plating process that bonds a multi-spectrum coating to the aluminum, creating a prism effect that shifts color under light.
Anodizing (Aluminum): Used on the Casters. An electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish in vibrant colors.
