Welcome to Elite Dungeon – The Lich’s Lair

Elite Dungeon – The Lich’s Lair is a complete STL collection designed to build a modular lich-themed dungeon, with tall walls, gothic chambers, floors, traps, columns, scenic props, and undead miniatures.

The core of the project is the Dungeon Set: a system of walls and floors designed to connect through 4 mm × 2 mm magnets (0.16 × 0.08 inches), allowing you to create different layouts depending on your session. Corridors, ritual chambers, ruined passages, throne rooms, and boss rooms can be assembled and rearranged without making the structure permanent, while still keeping the dungeon stable on the table.

All files are designed for 32 mm scale. The walls are intentionally very tall, around 86 mm (3.39 inches), to give the dungeon a more imposing look compared to standard low tabletop walls. The idea is to make the lair feel like an ancient, dark, and monumental underground complex.

The main figure of the set is Ser’Hazel, included in two forms: The Blooming Root, her elven version, and The Pale Root, her lich form. Her size is also intentionally taller than a standard 32 mm miniature: the elven version measures approximately 57 mm (2.24 inches), while the lich version measures approximately 60 mm (2.36 inches). This choice gives her a more elegant, dominant, and recognizable presence inside the dungeon.

Stretch Goals

The lair may grow even deeper.

The first Stretch Goal / Funding Goal (€500) includes: The Phylactery Guardian.

This model is designed as a thematic guardian for the most important relic of Ser’Hazel’s lair: once the funding goal is reached, this miniature will be added to the collection for all backers and the next Stretch Goal will be revealed!

This scenic piece is included as a small bonus and has been designed to match the visual style of Elite Dungeon – The Lich’s Lair.

The chest can be used as a decorative prop, a treasure marker, an objective for your players, or a simple piece of furniture to enrich the rooms of the dungeon. 

It is a small but useful file, perfect for adding one more point of interest to your tabletop encounters.

The Dungeon Set includes the modular structure of the lair: walls, floors, columns, traps, broken elements, and special pieces designed to build a playable dungeon. The system includes 1 inch, 2 inch, and 3 inch pieces, so you can combine short walls, wider sections, corners, and corridors with more freedom.

The Scattered files are designed to turn the structure into a true lich’s lair. They include thrones, ritual objects, arcane props, furniture, and corrupted elements that can be used to decorate different rooms: a throne chamber, a study, a reliquary, a ritual hall, or the chamber of Ser’Hazel. 

Miniatures — 7 STL files

The Miniatures complete the collection with Ser’Hazel and her undead servants. The two versions of Ser’Hazel represent the central identity of the set: the elven form, still elegant and refined, and the lich form, colder, darker, and more imposing. Ghouls, skeletons, and a spectre are included to populate the lair and create encounters directly connected to the theme of the collection.

All together, these files allow you to build a complete themed dungeon: tall gothic walls, magnetic rooms, corrupted props, traps, throne rooms, ritual areas, and undead creatures. The goal of the project is to provide not only modular terrain pieces, but a coherent environment with a strong visual identity, ready to be used as the lair of an elegant and dangerous lich.

Terms of Use

Common use (Personal only):

All digital files purchased are for personal use only and only merchants are allowed to sell 3D printed models. Any distribution or sale of any STL/PDF files included in this campaign is strictly prohibited, including modified and altered versions of these files too. Selling 3D prints without a Merchant License, or selling molds and casts made from these models, is prohibited. Reselling of digital files is strictly prohibited.

Commercial use (Merchant License):

Merchants have the right to sell printed versions of the files they purchased. Those who purchase the Merchant License have the right to resell 3D printed models for all files for which they have purchased a license. Merchant Licenses are lifetime. Selling molds or casts made from these models is prohibited. Modification of the files is not allowed even with Merchant License. Reselling of digital files is strictly prohibited.
