Expendable Bunnies

Expendable Bunnies is a highly strategic card game about capturing Wild Goats (even if it means sacrificing innocent bunnies who never did anything to hurt anyone).

Players race to capture all four different Wild Goats before anyone else does. Along the way, you'll steal goats, sabotage other players, and use Expendable Bunnies to help you get what you want. First player to capture all four different Wild Goats wins. Yay for that player. But that also means it's game over. (Booo). 

We made Expendable Bunnies to be strategic, sorta kinda fast (but not too fast), easy to learn, and fun for adults and kids alike. So if you're into bunnies with knives or treating cartoon bunnies as an expendable resource, help us bring Expendable Bunnies to life. We can’t do this without you.

Expendable Bunnies started when I told my wife about my mildly concerning obsession to create a game. The only small problem was that my ideas were really lame. Fortunately, my wife said: “you should make a game about goats. Goats are funny.” Turns out they really are. And they're even better with bunnies. Especially when the bunnies are super expendable.

Then the brain waves started coming. So I began doodling (bit of a rocky start).

Then my kids showed me up with these incredibly amazing pieces of art. Which we included in the game. Naturally.

After several attempts, a lot of late nights, and some serious game-play testing where my wife and daughter constantly beat me, we had a really incredible game. Just like that, Expendable Bunnies was born!

We put Expendable Bunnies on Kickstarter because we want to make this game a real thing (and show you how great it is). And we need partners to help do it. We think this game is a lot of fun. Our friends and our kids think it's a lot of fun. The bunnies probably don't.
