The story 

Tonight, someone around this table is going to lose their wheat because of a bad decision… It might be you or the player sitting next to you.

In front of you, several mission cards. Some seem simple, others more ambitious, but one wrong choice could leave you stuck for several turns. Every decision matters, otherwise you'll be forced to watch the other players inch closer to the golden tractor. Suddenly, your opponent pollutes one of your fields, and you're forced to spend your gold to clean it up. Meanwhile, your opponent completes a mission.

The rage builds inside you. You're already planning a sweet surprise for the next turn…

How do you play Farm Tuile? 

Embrace the farmer within you and transform a simple field into a thriving farm. Only the best farmer will claim the golden tractor. Complete your missions before your opponents while preventing calamities from ruining your harvests.

You start the game with limited resources to launch your farm. Take advantage of government subsidies to buy your first crops. Choose your missions carefully and start by planting corn. As you progress, you unlock wheat and then carrots. The game alternates between selling phases, where you develop your farm, and calamity phases, where everything can turn upside down.

Harvest, sell, prosper

Harvest, sell, prosper Harvest your crops and sell your corn, wheat or carrots to collect gold coins. Invest in new fields to accelerate your development. Plant new crops to complete your missions before your opponents.

Escape the calamities and protect your resources

The calamity dice have been rolled ! Have you protected your crops with fertilizer or are you about to lose everything in an instant? Will you bounce back quickly or watch your opponents take the lead? Harvest your crops and use silos to secure your resources.

The end of the game is approaching

A player is attempting to buy the golden tractor and the dice is cast. All their opponents have their eyes fixed on it. Will they be able to pay the amount shown on it to end the game, or will they have to keep fighting to reach their goals? The suspense is at its peak and every victory point counts… nothing is certain yet for the future owner of the golden tractor.

The story behind Farm Tuile

The Farm Tuile adventure was born during a weekend with my daughter. We were looking for a resource management board game to share together, with hands-on pieces and something different from classic games. After several hours of searching in a game store, we couldn't find what we were looking for.

Frustrated, I set myself a challenge: create the game I hadn't been able to find.

Passionate about 3D printing, drawing and the world of games, I started imagining a game inspired by the farming mechanics found in certain mobile games, with that desire for progression and the addictive feeling of developing your farm.

I then designed and printed every piece of the game, with the goal of creating a game entirely 3D printed from biodegradable corn starch materials.

Little by little, I tested ideas, established the rules and refined the game through countless play sessions.

As I playtested with friends and family, one thing kept coming up: the joy of developing your farm… and the urge to play again and again.
