Physical forensic science kits where you examine evidence, analyse real clues, and crack the case.

FORENSIC is a different kind of crime-solving game.
You don’t just read through a case file—you work it.

You’ll test liquids to uncover what they really are. Compare fibres and hair samples. Study DNA patterns. Examine CCTV stills for details others might miss. Every element has been designed to feel like part of a real investigation, not a puzzle layered on top of a story.

This is about following evidence, not guessing answers.

You can choose the investigation that suits your group, or, for the advanced problem-solvers, play both:

Missing in Play (Family Edition)
Games designer Emily Jarvis has gone missing, and with a medical condition in play, she needs to be found urgently. Can you piece together where she’s gone, and why?

Designed for families, this case introduces forensic thinking in a structured, accessible way, without losing the sense of urgency or mystery.

Cadaver Club (Adult Edition)
True crime podcaster Fran Banbury has been killed in her own home. Five suspects emerge quickly - each with a reason, each with an alibi that doesn’t quite sit right.

This is a more detailed, more demanding investigation. You’ll need to track contradictions, interrogate the evidence, and stay organised if you want to uncover what really happened.

Each case is built from four interconnected parts, all working together:

Suspect Cards
Full, detailed profiles with additional space for your own case notes. Small details start to matter more the further you get in the story.

Witness Statements
Detailed interviews that give you a real sense of each character. Some are helpful. Some are misleading. All of them require careful reading, as even minor lines can reveal more than they realise.

Training Book
A practical guide to the forensic techniques used in the game. Each method is explained clearly, then handed over to you to try - covering everything from spore identification to blood pattern basics. Filled with information, these detail how each forensic technique is used, with a handy 'How to' guide on the back.

Evidence Pack
A collection of physical materials to test, compare, and analyse. Every single item has a purpose. Nothing is decorative.

You’ll also receive printed hints and full solutions, so the entire experience stays completely phone-free!

Across the investigation, you’ll carry out a range of forensic techniques, including:

• Lift and compare fingerprints
• Test substances using pH analysis
• Examine hair and fibres under magnification
• Identifying blood* types 
• Analyse DNA patterns
• Study CCTV imagery
• Match prints and trace evidence

Each test feeds directly back into the case—this isn’t experimentation for its own sake, it’s how you move forward.

*We have created a synthetic liquid that realistically simulates blood clotting reactions.

There are a few ways to experience FORENSIC:

Book Version – All the content in a streamlined format, with puzzles replacing the physical experiments.

Full Kits – Available individually, or as a discounted pair, and packaged in our distinctive Evidence Bags. These include all printed materials, and all the evidence items needed to solve the case.

Limited Cameo Roles – A small number of backers will have the opportunity to appear as characters in one of the cases midway through the campagin if we reach stretch targets.

We deliberately build in generous timelines to keep expectations realistic and avoid delays. We run our own Pledge Manager and pack every single parcel ourselves, passing on those savings to you by having lower shipping prices.
