About Us
Welcome. We are Raybox Games, an indie board game design studio with collaborators from around the world. Our focus is to create engaging immersive and story driven boardgames.
Raybox Games was founded by Marco Pecota. Its path in game design started over 30 years ago when he founded Global Games. In the 90s Marco co-designed several tactical boardgames including Legions of Steel, Planetstorm and Inferno – Battles of the Abyss. After 7 years of work Marco took a hiatus from game design to pursue a career in film, magazine publishing and furniture design. Five years ago he took up the game design mantle once again designing the Paths Unknown game system. Tom Frank, a co-designer with Marco from the 90s, was then recruited back onto the team. With 5 successful crowdfunding campaigns including Escape from Stalingrad Z and Escape from Projekt Riese, Marco and Tom are proud to bring the next instalment of the Paths Unknown series to life with your help.
Other Terms and Conditions
Upon any pledge to this campaign, including the purchase of "add-on" items, you, the backer, agree to the following terms and conditions:
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We guarantee that the items in the pledge reward you receive from this campaign will be complete and meet normal manufacturing tolerances. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, if your product is missing or has damaged components, we will make our best effort to send you replacement pieces at no charge to you, or we may determine to provide a refund instead.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PRODUCTS
If you a) refuse to accept your package delivery, b) if the shipment is unable to be deliver the package with the given address information and we have been unable to correct this despite good-faith efforts, or c) if the package is not delivered after a reasonable amount of attempts by the local carrier, then you will forfeit your pledge rewards from this campaign and your pledge will be considered a donation to the campaign without reward
PLEDGE MANAGER DEADLINE
It is your responsibility to complete the pledge manager in a timely manner, and to ensure the address is correct for proper fulfillment. We will send out numerous reminders to complete the Pledge Manager via Gamefound or the email address provided during your pledge.
RAYBOX Games will make three attempts to contact any backer who fails to close their pledge during the pledge manager period. Such contact will be made via email after the pledge manager closes. If we do not receive a reply within 4 weeks of our final attempt, backer will forfeit any pledge reward or add-on commitments of the campaign (including stretch goal rewards and any other deliverable promised by Ghost Galaxy during the campaign) and your pledge will be considered a donation to the campaign without reward.
PLEDGE STRETCH GOAL REWARD RETURNS
Pledge rewards are not subject to return or pledge refund.
CHANGES IN FINAL OUTCOME
You acknowledge the final look, details, and materials of the pledge reward items are subject to change and may differ from what is presented here.
