Welcome to the Geeknson Vault
This project is primarily intended for returning backers who wish to expand or complete their existing setups, providing access to add-ons that, for various reasons, are not currently available through retail. It’s our way of offering you another opportunity to round out your collection and bring new life to the table you already own.
A couple of key points to keep in mind:
- You’ll find accessories from several different table lines, so please ensure that you double-check compatibility with your specific table model before placing an order.
- This is a pre-order hub for add-ons from our past table projects. Orders placed here are collected into a Production Batch, manufactured together, and then fulfilled as a single run.
- We plan to launch at least two Production Batches back-to-back. The first batch will close in March 2026.
- Smaller orders are generally fulfilled via courier delivery, while larger items (e.g. chairs) may be delivered using our Geeknson Van.

How to Place an Order
To place an order in the Vault, you must first select our single configuration reward. This reward does not include any physical items on its own. Its sole purpose is to allow you to choose your wood finish and fabric colour for the accessories you wish to order.
Once you add this reward to your basket, you’ll see a set of required options to fill in. Please select the wood finish and fabric colour you’d like your accessories to be produced in. Without this information, we cannot begin manufacturing your items.
Over the years, our materials and finishes have evolved, and some older options are no longer available.
WOOD FINISH OPTIONS
In particular, we have discontinued all varnish finishes in favour of more eco-friendly wax oils.
For returning backers who own tables in an older finish, we’ve prepared a guide to help you choose the closest match:
- Light / Transparent Varnish → Wax Oil Pure
- Dark / Walnut Varnish → Wax Oil Choco
- Natural Oil → Natural Oil (still available)
- Wax Oil Vintage → a new option with a character similar to Natural Oil, though slightly deeper in tone.
Important: these finishes are provided as the closest possible alternatives only. They will not perfectly match older finishes, and visual differences are to be expected.
FABRIC COLOUR OPTIONS
The same applies to fabrics: the older collections used in campaigns before Gwen have now been fully retired.
Their replacement, Matt Velvet, offers richer colour, a more pleasant texture, and greater durability. However, because the new palette differs significantly from the previous one, an exact colour match may not be possible.
Once your reward is configured, simply add any accessories you wish to purchase to your basket and complete your order. If you’re unsure which finish best matches your existing table, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to advise!
