Gibbon Take: A Primate Party Game
Par Simeous Business
Statut actuel

—description du concepteur

"A great little game that takes just a few seconds to learn... Definitely get the expansion."
— Tray & Jennifer Green, Origins Game Fair playtesters & backers
The Bonus Edition comes packed with the Mango Mambo expansion and Fruit Frenzy.
Mango Mambo adds a push-your-luck choice to every score. Take the regular fruit—or gamble on a Mango worth 4, 5, or ZERO points.
Fruit Frenzy adds 3 Bananas, 3 Oranges, and 3 Apples to extend the fruit supply—great for larger groups or when you want the party to last a little longer.
2 MINI-EXPANSIONS • 18 EXTRA TOKENS
9 Mangoes + 9 Extra Fruit
- 9 Mango Fruit Tokens
- 3 Banana Fruit Tokens
- 3 Orange Fruit Tokens
- 3 Apple Fruit Tokens
🎓 How to Play
Your turn is 3 simple steps: Draw, Play, Roll.
- Draw 1 card from the top of the deck.
- Play 1 card from your hand.
- Roll the dance die.
The die calls the dance, and all players with a matching pair of primates on their dance floors claim a fruit token as a reward.
Roll the Gibbon... that's the Gibbon Take!
If you roll the Gibbon, you get to take a fruit token from another player.
Pair Up or Crash the Party?
Build your Dance Floor by pairing up Primate Dancers. You need pairs to score, but you can only bring them out one at a time. Plan carefully because someone could be planning to crash your party.
On your Play action, instead of adding another dancer to your floor, you can play a Party Crasher. These 1-time use cards can manipulate the dance floors, protect your fruit, and give you an extra edge. Did someone steal fruit tokens from you? Crashers are the fastest way to get revenge.
Who's taken the lead?
Because the token values are hidden no one knows who's winning. When one of the fruit piles is empty, the party is over. Flip your tokens over to reveal your hidden score and dance a victory dance.

🇪🇺 EU BACKERS — We want to hear from you!
Bringing a retail product to the EU isn't simple for a small company on our first project, however with sufficient interest I'd like to make it happen. Leave a COMMENT on the campaign with your country. Also, join our mailing list at GibbonTakeGame.com to be notified when we add additional options.
Some International shipping may not be not included in your pledge if you're outside the US, Canada or the UK. Because international rates vary significantly by destination, some shipping will be collected after the campaign through Kickstarter's Pledge Manager.
Note: if shipping was $0 at your pledge for your Standard Game, Add-on Copy, or Party Pack, then that will be calculated via Pledge Manager. Shipping amounts for Canada and UK were added after launch and could not be added to some items retroactively. Bonus Edition upgrades and swag are shipped with your games for FREE.
Applicable taxes, customs duties and import fees may apply, depending on your country.
When Will My Game Arrive?
We're targeting April 2027 to begin shipping rewards. We'll share regular production and fulfillment updates throughout the process, including any changes to our estimated schedule.
