By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the final appearance, materials, and content of the rewards are subject to change and may differ substantially from those presented while the campaign is live.

You agree that our sole responsibility is to ship the products as recorded in the pledge manager system. Title to and risk of loss for such products pass to you upon delivery to a common carrier for shipment. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by relevant authorities (except in countries designated as eligible for "friendly shipping"). You further agree to provide accurate and complete delivery address information and to ensure that such address is serviceable by standard delivery methods.

You are responsible for logging into your Gamefound account and confirming your order in the pledge manager within four (4) weeks of our notification. Unconfirmed orders may adversely affect production planning and logistics. Failure to confirm your order within this period constitutes fulfillment of our obligations in full with respect to any payments or donations received. At our sole discretion, we may choose to process a refund or fulfill your order if you contact us after this period and complete the required confirmation. Notification will be issued shortly prior to the start of fulfillment.

You must contact us within four (4) weeks following the end of fulfillment in your region (as announced via a monthly update) if you have not received your order. Upon timely notification, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or, if items are no longer available, issue a full refund. Failure to contact us within this period may result in our inability, at our discretion, to provide a refund or replacement.

You must notify us within four (4) weeks following the end of fulfillment (as announced via a monthly update) if your order contains damaged or missing items. Replacement requests must be supported by photographic evidence of the defect. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

We do not provide replacements for items lost, stolen, or affected by events unrelated to manufacturing defects. Additionally, we do not replace damaged packaging materials, including boxes or plastic trays.
