Far beneath the mountains and forests of Ameris lies the Gravemaw Delve, a vast subterranean civilization carved through living stone over countless generations.
This is the homeland of the Gravemaw.
They are not conquerors driven by empire, nor monsters defined by cruelty. They are a people shaped by scarcity, darkness, and the relentless demands of survival. Every tunnel serves a purpose. Every resource is put to use. Every member of the colony is expected to strengthen the whole.
Every passage is earned through labor.
Every resource has value.
Every Gravemaw is born knowing that waste is failure—and survival depends upon everyone doing their part.
The Delve is ancient, disciplined, and always expanding. While kingdoms rise and fall upon the surface, the Gravemaw continue beneath them—patient, methodical, and relentless.

Veyra, Changeling Bounty Hunter
Not every dangerous figure in Arcane Worlds belongs to an army, faction, or kingdom.
Veyra is an independent bounty hunter and investigator who makes her living finding people who would rather remain hidden. Her changeling nature gives her an unusual advantage, but it is patience, experience, and relentless pursuit that have earned her reputation.
Equipped with practical armor, arcane tracking tools, and the gear needed to bring difficult targets back alive, Veyra can appear almost anywhere—and for almost any reason.

Every Arcane Worlds NPC is designed as more than just another miniature. Veyra includes a fully illustrated lore sheet exploring background, personality, equipment, and role within the world of Arcane Worlds, making them just as useful for storytelling as they are on the tabletop.
Print Quality
Every miniature in Gravemaw Delve has been created with one goal in mind: producing exceptional tabletop miniatures that are as enjoyable to print as they are to paint.
Each sculpt has been refined specifically for resin 3D printing, with clean silhouettes, readable details, and durable forms that hold up at tabletop scale. Fine details are carefully balanced with practical printability to ensure the finished miniature looks fantastic both on the table and in a display case.

Before release, every model is physically test printed to verify detail, structural integrity, and overall print quality.
Stretch Goals
As the campaign grows, a new group of adventurers will be unlocked for every qualifying backer — each one caught in the moment they realize just how dangerous the Gravemaw Delve really is.
These stretch goals include:
- Human Barbarian — charging forward in a rage
- Dragonborn Cleric — holding her holy symbol against the horror before her
- Beluga Wizard — casting while already turning to run
- Tavren Rogue — frozen in terror, daggers dropped at their feet
- Delvari Ranger — taking one look at the situation and deciding to get out
Together, they form a reactive adventuring group designed to show the Gravemaw Delve from the perspective of those unfortunate enough to enter it.
Development Progress
Every core miniature shown on this page has already been sculpted, finalized, and prepared for release. The Kickstarter reward files are complete and packaged for digital distribution.
Many models have also completed physical test prints as part of our production process.
Once Kickstarter has successfully collected pledges and transferred campaign funds, eligible backers will receive their reward download.
Reward Delivery
All rewards for Gravemaw are digital STL files.
Once Kickstarter has successfully collected pledges and transferred funds, backers will receive a Kickstarter message containing download links for their rewards.
Digital rewards will be delivered to eligible backers after the campaign concludes.
No physical shipping is required for any reward tier.
Use of Funds
Funds raised through Gravemaw Delve will be used exclusively to complete, validate, prepare, and deliver the rewards included in this campaign.
Funding will support the remaining production work for this specific release, including:
- Final preparation and quality control of the Gravemaw Delve STL files
- Creation and verification of supported versions where applicable
- Physical test printing and validation of the included miniatures
- Corrections required during final production testing
- File organization, compression, and packaging for release
- Digital distribution of the completed campaign rewards to backers
The Gravemaw Delve collection is already designed and has entered post-production. Campaign funding allows us to complete the final technical work needed to ensure the files included with this project are properly prepared, tested, and delivered to backers.
