Heresylab Miniature Bitz Selection 1.0: The Kitbash Arsenal

We are not gone.

Unfortunately, over the past two years we faced a combination of personal, work, and family challenges that pulled us away from Heresylab. A family loss, a job change, and the opening of a physical store all happened at the same time, and it proved to be more than we could realistically manage.

2026 is the year we aim to rebuild and return to Heresy.

We have since sold the store and, as far as we know, resolved all pending issues related to our last Kickstarter—where a small number of customers unfortunately never received their physical rewards. We take full responsibility for that situation and worked hard to correct it.

Now we are going back to our core company and to what started everything: Heresy.

During this time away, we left several projects unfinished. That pause gave us the opportunity to recover, reorganize, and complete some of them. This led us to a simple and focused idea: accessories, one of the ranges we never fully developed.

So here we are with Heresy Bits.

This Kickstarter will launch with the first two sets: Crusaders Bits and Dragons Bits. We reviewed all the unfinished concepts and leftover designs from past projects and chose these two ranges deliberately. They are very different in look, style, and overall feeling, and together they allow us to clearly demonstrate the level of quality, detail, and consistency we can achieve across contrasting themes.

This Kickstarter is designed to be quick and, hopefully, painless—primarily digital, with a limited number of physical products that will be produced and shipped within weeks after the pledge manager closes. No long waits, no overextended production timelines.

Our hope is that this project will allow us to regain the trust of our longtime supporters and prove, through actions rather than promises, that we are truly back.

Each chainsword comes in 3 version: weapon w/ no hand, weapon w/ straight hand and the one pictured with the hand forward. Left and right version available. Making 18 different bits to choose from. 

Each Mawl is composed of 4 hands in 2 versions left and right and 4 shields, all interchangeable, this will allow you to create 32 different parts for your models.

 At this point we can't do with some heroic heads to enrich the collection. Here are 20 heads for each chapter.

Physical Rewards
Physical packs consist of 3D-printed models produced and shipped directly by Only-Games.co.

Shipping Fees: Shipping will be calculated and charged in the pledge manager after the campaign ends. Estimates provided below are sourced directly from Only-Games.

Production & Fulfillment: Estimated production time is 2 to 4 weeks after the pledge manager closes, depending on total pledge volume.

Pack Contents & Customization Each pack is designed to provide enough modular parts to customize a full unit of 10 models. This allows you to build 10 unique elite troops, ensuring no two models on your battlefield look identical.

Future Plans Since this campaign marks our return, we are keeping fulfillment simple, fast, and streamlined. However, if demand is high and feedback is positive, we plan to release additional combinations and options in future updates!

By selecting the Guild Master pledge, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license valid for one (1) year starting from the date of reward delivery.

Permitted Use

This license allows you to: 
a) Produce and sell physical prints made from the models included in this campaign.
b) Sell physical products only if printed by you or on your behalf.

Prohibited Use

This license does not allow you to:
a) Sell, share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the STL files in any form.
b) Provide STL files to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
c) Resell, redistribute, or upload digital files, modified or unmodified.
d) Use the files for mass production, factory manufacturing, or injection molding.
e) Claim authorship or ownership of the designs.

License Duration & Renewal

The commercial license is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery. At the end of the license period, we will contact you with the option to renew the commercial license. Continued commercial use after expiration requires an active license renewal.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Heresylab. This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of intellectual property.
We reserve the right to revoke the commercial license in the event of misuse, breach of these terms, or unauthorized distribution of digital files.

Digital Rewards Delivery

Standard Digital Pledges: Files will be distributed as soon as the pledge manager closes.
Commercial License Holders: Files will be delivered immediately after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

Fulfillment Platforms: Digital files will be distributed via MyMiniFactory (MMF) and Only-Games. If you do not have an account on either platform, we will provide a direct download link.
