Izena Duena Vol.I

Welcome to my first Kickstarter campaign! In this first volume of “Izena Duena”, I present a fully playable scenery designed for your historical or fantasy wargames.

The files included are based on ancient Basque funerary steles, which can still be found in some cemeteries of this magical land, deeply connected to its natural surroundings and to the spirits and myths that have shaped its identity.

As different cultures and religions coexisted in the Basque Country for many centuries, the files feature steles with a variety of motifs. These include pagan symbols linked to ancient Basque mythology, Christian crosses, and even steles with Islamic motifs associated with the Muladi Banu Qasi, who ruled the southern part of these lands.

These files are available in both 28mm and 32mm. Likewise, the tombstones come eitheras standalone pieces or fused with the grave, making them easier to use during your games.

These files have been successfully printed in both PLA (Bambu Lab A1) and resin (Elegoo Mars 2 Pro).

You can also add a few props to further reinforce your archaic Basque cemetery. To that end, we have included stone walls (two variants), three ghostly trees, and a stone sarcophagus inspired by the Monument to the Song of Roland, which was erected in Ibañeta in 1934.
