Origin Story

I invented JIGZUP staring at an upsidedown puzzle. 

I thought, if I write an alphanumeric grid on the back, I can do this puzzle upsidedown. SO I DID!

I took it apart and put it back together using the letters and numbers.

It scratched an itch deep in my brain. 

I was hooked, but it was ugly. I needed a version beautiful as the idea. 

So I bought markers, paint, and a blank 1000-piece puzzle.

W38 was the first JIGZUP prototype. It was the most time-consuming art project of my life.

(It's called "W38" because pieces go from A1 to W38.)

I loved the W38, but it was too big and too grey.

So I bought a blank 500-piece puzzle. That became the W18!

I made all my friends and family try JIGZUP. They loved that it was simultaneously competitive, social, and relaxing. 

More importantly, I loved it. JIGZUP was what my brain craved. Order from chaos!

Ciragh and I realized the world needs JIGZUP. We teamed up and formed World’s Fastest Puzzle Inc.

AI Free

Jerome is far too stubborn to use AI. JIGZUP is his passion project. He mixed the paints, designed the fonts, painted the prototypes. This is hundreds of hours at the kitchen table.

We only used AI when we couldn't make the printer work.

We wish we could send JIGZUP anywhere but international shipping is bonkers and rules change all the time. If we can't send you a JIGZUP, you won't be charged.

International duties, taxes, or custom charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the backer.

Timelines

Our Kickstarter runs through September. Our factory in Indiana knows JIGZUP is coming, and they're ready for us! As soon as we hit our goal, we schedule early October production. Our fulfillment centers are ready for November/December delivery.
