Awareness Through Strategy

At the heart of Jungle King are eight vulnerable and endangered species brought to life through the TOMORROW MYTH universe. Building on our past contributions to Philippine Eagle and Leopard Cat conservation organizations in previous projects, we continue this mission: to honor our newest character, the Formosan Black Bear, a portion of the proceeds from Jungle King will be proudly donated to the Taiwan Black Bear Conservation Association (台灣黑熊保育協會).

Design & Details

Jungle King transforms traditional animal chess into a work of art. Featuring a sleek magnetic folding board and exquisitely detailed Red and Blue metal pieces, every character brings an endangered species to life through East Asian mythology.

The Artistry Board - Built for both elegance and durability, the compact folding board features a premium laminated synthetic paper surface accented with striking gold foil. Completely magnetic and travel friendly, it invites you to open a match anywhere, anytime.

Master-Crafted Metal Chess - The heart of the game lies in its reimagined metal pieces. Each side (Blue and Red) features distinct finishes that blend real-world animals with East Asian myths. For example, the Leopard carries a "wind bag" inspired by the God of Wind (Fujin) to show its speed, while the Rat carries a gold coin as a symbol of wisdom and wealth.

Exquisite Packaging - The game is housed in a clear outer box, designed to showcase the artistry from the moment you see it. Because the packaging is transparent, the metal chess pieces are visible from the back, each paired with the printed name of the endangered species it represents.

About TOMORROW MYTH

TOMORROW MYTH Enamel Pins

There are thousands of endangered animals in the world today.
If we fail to protect them, one day they won’t just disappear —
they will become myths, just like dinosaurs.

TOMORROW MYTH was created from this simple but powerful idea:

"Endangered animals are the myths of tomorrow."

In August 2020, TOMORROW MYTH successfully launched its first Kickstarter project, backed by supporters from around the world. That project proved two things:

• People care deeply about endangered animals
• People love beautifully crafted objects with meaning

With your continued support, Jungle King becomes the first tabletop game in the TOMORROW MYTH universe — and the foundation of a much larger mythical IP.

More than a Game — The Start of a Mythical IP

Jungle King is only the beginning.

TOMORROW MYTH began with enamel pins : small tokens of our love for endangered wildlife. Jungle King is the first expansion into a long-term Mythical IP.

By backing this project, you aren't just buying a board game. You are helping us build a universe where art, tradition, and conservation meet. This is the foundation of a series of games, books, and collectibles that will explore the "TOMORROW MYTH" world.

The Design Team

Based in Hong Kong, llab design ltd is a creative studio driven by art, branding, and high-end craftsmanship. We believe design should do more than look good—it should tell a meaningful story.

Our mission is to use our creative expertise to ensure the world’s most beautiful things, from endangered species to fading cultures—are seen by the public again. We believe that by turning these stories into lasting art, we can keep their beauty alive so they are never forgotten.

Our journey began in 2020 with the successful launch of TOMORROW MYTH, an artistic enamel pin collection. In 2026, we are taking a bold new step by expanding this vision into the tabletop world with Jungle King. This game is more than just a product; it is a carefully crafted piece of art and the next chapter in building a sustainable world for TOMORROW MYTH.

100% Human-Crafted Artistry

Every line, character, and landscape in Jungle King began as a hand-drawn sketch. We believe that true "TOMORROW MYTH" require a human touch. From the intricate character designs to the sprawling background illustrations, every visual element is created by our own hands—no AI generation involved. Just raw imagination and dedicated craftsmanship. More sketches here.
