MOMENTUM
Momentum represents pressure and control. Play aggressively, interact with your opponent, and build Momentum to unlock powerful effects. Momentum is unstable — stop applying pressure and it fades.

KAØS
KAØS introduces calculated risk. When you invoke KAØS, outcomes can swing hard — success brings explosive rewards, while backlash carries real consequences. KAØS creates unforgettable moments without relying on pure luck.

SPEED (SPD)
Speed determines timing, not raw power. Faster operatives act first and gain better reaction windows, rewarding smart sequencing and precision over brute force.

RESPONSE
Every player has access to Response — a built-in defensive option usable once per turn. You’re never helpless, but every defense comes at a cost.

ENDGAME / FATIGUE
If a match runs long, reality destabilizes. Fatigue builds, damage becomes unavoidable, and KAØS grows more volatile. Games don’t stall — they escalate.

PRINTED PROTOTYPES

KAØS:ORIGIN isn’t just a concept — it’s already being played.

We’ve printed physical prototype cards and are actively playtesting the game at the table. This phase helps us validate readability, pacing, balance, and overall feel before final production.

Seeing the cards in hand ensures that abilities are clear, stats are readable at a glance, and each faction feels distinct in real gameplay — not just on a screen.

ABOUT THE CREATOR

I am Ryan — creator of KAØS & Company, designer, storyteller, and lifelong fan of strategy games and world-building.

After being medically retired from law enforcement due to severe injuries sustained in the line of duty, I channeled my recovery into art, design, and storytelling.

KAØS: ORIGIN is the result of that journey — a project built from resilience, creativity, and a deep love for immersive worlds.
