We know committing to a new system can be a lot! In honor of that, we've made 135 pages of the Player's Companion available for free!

The formatting is basic and missing art, but it highlights most of the game's systems and gives you a glimpse into the game itself including Heritages, Classes, Feats, Equipment, basic rules, and most anything you'd want to know!

• DriveThruRPG. We recommend this one as our fulfillment with be through DriveThru. It's a great time to get an account if you don't already have one. 
• Itch.io. Itch is a great site for indies. A ton of games are available there, including ours! You'll eventually be able to grab our PDFs here as well.
• RPG Trader. Newer, and a great contender to the others, RPG Trader is simple, efficient, and has a lot of great discoverability features.

We've tried to include some significant discounts in the pledge tiers, as much as 30% in certain places, while keeping our costs sound enough to facilitate our needs as a studio. Here's a brief rundown of the final product costs post campaign:

The Digital Package is normally $45, whereas here you're grabbing it for $30! Likewise, the Physical Package would run you $75, so it's still discounted at $65 (printing is expensive these days). Additionally, any stretch goals get included for absolutely free!

Shipping

The scariest part for us and you, shipping is fraught with peril, costs, and all sorts of fun challenges. That's why we're using DriveThruRPG for this campaign! We've made it easy on ourselves by having only a single physical item to send out, ensuring that we can focus and resolve problems and satisfy your pledge!

The graphic below illustrates the advantages: it saves us hassle and cost, which we can directly shift into the pledge tiers. The process is easy:

• You Pledge. The first step is the easiest! You make your pledge, huzzah!
• Only Digital Pledge. No shipping to worry about. You'll receive a complimentary copy of all the PDFs via DriveThruRPG along with instructions on how to redeem them. It costs you nothing beyond your pledge.
• Physical Pledge. Via the Pledge Manager (also through Kickstarter) you'll pay the shipping and any other fees (like taxes) associated with your region, then we will place your order via DriveThru, and the book will be shipped out to you!
• Double Check your Information! If you purchase the physical tier, be absolutely certain that your information is correct when you enter it, as we'll pass it along for you to get your copy.
• Where Does the Game Ship To? According to DriveThru, they ship almost anywhere worldwide, but please consult the estimated shipping costs graphic below. Freight can be quite expensive, and we've tried to overestimate the cost to prepare you for good news!

Goal Map

• 25k, We're Funded! This level includes the Player's Companion, an all-in-one source book with everyone you need to play the game, and Into the Shattered Lands, a level 1 - 5 adventure with an introduction to The Shattered Lands setting.
• 50k, Loremaster's Guide. The Loremaster's Guide contains myriad additional content for both players and game masters (Loremasters!), including Prestige Classes, Master Classes, guidance on creating custom powers, heritages, and an expanded take on Property.
• 75k, Bestiary Supplement. While the Player's Companion & Loremaster's Guide have creatures and NPCs, this supplement is a full manual of creatures, including monsters, more NPCs, and a slew of challenges to enhance your games.
• 95k, Companion App - Creation & Tracking. L.O.R.E. is a large, crunchy game, and it's always nice to have some aids. This stretch goal lets us develop an app to help track your games and create your character. We've already got a head start on it, even: check out LoreSearch!
• 110k, Extra Art & Legends Comics. At this point we've got the core game funded, so we're moving on to quality and fun. This amount fills out our books with additional art (especially the Bestiary) and starts development on full Legends comics, stories written by our Creative Director of our canon Legendaries. 
• 125k, Setting & Adventure Expansion. This goal expands Into the Shattered Lands up to level 10 and expands on the Shattered Lands setting in a single (or additional) supplement book.
• 150k, Guides & VTT Compatibility. By guides, we mean full tutorials on the game, examples, how-tos, tracking resources, a Loremaster's Screen, and of course getting the game on a VTT. IF this is research, we'll get feedback from our backers (you!) about which tabletop we'll use.

We've been working on and developing a lot of neat stuff over the past few months, and we'd love to share it with you! As we continue to do more we'll add it here, so you can always check back as the campaign continues for more.

• Check out the L.O.R.E. Actual Play. A short adventure run by our Creative Director, Gregory, with the crew from Tales from the Virtual Tabletop, and awesome bunch of V-Tubers (including Miranda, our artist!) We apologize for the lack of breath guard on Gregory's part, he feels guilty about it.
• Gregory's Interview with Everae Games. This interview ended up being a great FAQ for the game! It's about two hours on the mechanics, concepts and design. Full disclosure: the cover of this video was created by Everae Games after providing them with a standard headshot. Antiquarian Games does not use generative AI for anything. Also, Gregory doesn't have that much hair, much to his dismay.
• Of Wrath & Ruin, a L.O.R.E. Comic. A teaser for our Legends Comics stretch goal, check out the opening sequence to Of Wrath & Ruin, Takeko's story. Or, check out the animated version.
• Broken Souls Heal with Jagged Edges. A second teaser for our Legends Comics, this one feature's Kvasir's opening sequence. This one is also animated!
• LoreSearch. If you didn't see it above, we've got a work-in-process app used to look up more than a few game details. Right now, it lets you browse Classes, Skills, Feats, and Powers via the internal playtest beta.
