A Trench Crusade Compatible miniature range inspired by the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.
The war against Hell stretches far beyond the familiar battlefields.
From the eastern marches comes a proud host inspired by the legendary soldiers of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Forged in faith, discipline, and centuries of martial tradition, these warriors bring sabres, muskets, hussars, and unwavering resolve to the endless struggle for mankind's survival.
Land of the Sabre and Honour is a collection of premium STL miniatures based on original hand-sculpted designs by Scibor, created for players and collectors of Trench Crusade. Every model has been crafted to capture the distinctive look of the Commonwealth while embracing the grim, war-torn aesthetic of the Trench Crusade universe.
Whether you command disciplined infantry, noble officers, hardened veterans or zealous clergy, this range allows you to build a force unlike any other on the battlefield.
Our miniatures are Trench Crusade Compatible and can be used as an alternative representation of a New Antioch army using the official game rules.
For players looking for a new way to experience the setting, we also provide a complete set of optional homebrew rules that allow the Commonwealth to be fielded as its own unique faction, with original units, abilities, and flavor inspired by the history and military traditions of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.
This campaign delivers high-quality STL files optimized for home 3D printing, giving hobbyists the freedom to print, paint, and customize an army worthy of legend.

Miniatures
The initial concept designs were created by Scibor as large-scale sculptures in plasticine. The final miniatures are sculpted at a 54mm scale and are handsculpted in Green Stuff epoxy putty. Once completed, each miniature will be scanned using a high-resolution 3D scanner and converted into STL files, then scaled to match the game's required dimensions.
Meet the Team
Ścibor Teleszyński
Project Founder • Lead Sculptor • Character Designer Ścibor is the driving force behind Land of the Sabre and Honour. With more than 20 years of experience in the miniatures industry, he is the founder of Scibor Miniatures and an internationally recognized sculptor and character designer. His portfolio includes collectible figures and character work for acclaimed titles such as The Witcher 3, Frostpunk, and numerous other games and miniature projects. Every model in this campaign is based on Ścibor's original hand sculpting, combining historical inspiration with the dark aesthetic of Trench Crusade.
Jakub Polkowski
Rules Developer • Community Coordinator Jakub is responsible for developing the project's optional homebrew faction rules, ensuring they are thematic, enjoyable, and faithful to the spirit of Trench Crusade. An active member of the Polish Trench Crusade community, he is an event organizer, an Official Observer, an administrator of the Polish Trench Crusade Discord server, and co-host of the first—and currently only—Polish podcast dedicated to Trench Crusade. On the tabletop, he commands the forces of Trench Pilgrims, New Antioch, and the Heretic Legion.
Adam Benesz
Lead Painter Adam is a professional miniature painter whose work has earned awards at many of the hobby's most prestigious competitions, including Golden Demon, Scale Model Challenge, and Kontrast. Beyond painting, he founded and leads his local Trench Crusade gaming community, helping new players discover the game and organizing regular events. His army of choice is New Antioch, and his paintwork brings the miniatures in this campaign to life.
Bartosz Ćwir
3D Graphic Designer • Writer Bartosz is responsible for the project's graphic design and visual presentation. He is also a writer and publicist, and the author of two historical books on the Crusades: In Defense of the Crusades and The Crusades and the Polish Cause. His passion for medieval history helps shape the historical influences behind the project while maintaining the grim atmosphere of the Trench Crusade universe. On the battlefield, he commands the Trench Ghosts.
Karina Teleszyńska
Project Manager. The person who handles the non-fun parts :) Financial, accounting, and legal matters. Experienced in running several successful crowdfunding campaigns.
