Last Warrior Standing

Last Warrior Standing is a dungeon crawler board game, where 6 legendary warriors are put to the test. What's the test you ask? Survival, of course! Everything and everyone else will try to take you out. 

After centuries living in Valhalla, our warriors have grown bored and tired, so they requested the gods a chance to come back and join our present world. The gods decided to comply with their request to only one of them, whoever survives the greatest challenge they have ever faced. Our heroes are thrown into a dungeon filled with mythical creatures like Medusa, the Mothman, even the Bogeyman, alongside many other mythical creatures from all around the world and popular folklore. These creatures are hiding inside the dungeon, on top of that our heroes will be working on eliminating each other, and whoever is the last one standing will be granted the gift of life.

This game is action packed, a really good mix of a board game and a card game, you get to play during your turn and also during your opponent's turns. Every time you defeat a creature in the dungeon you will receive a unique ability, making you more powerful and more likely to beat other creatures and warriors. Some creatures can be harder to defeat than others, so you should be very careful. If your opponents are wise enough, they might figure out ways to use their abilities and become overpowered, I've seen players team up hoping to take down the strongest player at that time. 

Some other player might try to win without the need to fight the other players. For example, once I saw one player trying to wake up Cthulhu, which ends the game if other players don't act fast enough. I also saw two players racing, trying to collect all four sacred armor pieces, which if anyone ever succeeds to collect all four (I've never seen this happen) they will vanish all other players immediately and win the game.

 That's what makes this game so challenging, action around every corner, different ways to combine your card effects, players teaming up when needed....then sadly getting betrayed later, and also hidden ways within the game to win while staying away from other players; figure out what way works best for you.

This game is customizable, add-ons will be introduced for your enjoyment; that means new abilities, new tricks, new challenges. What makes this game fun is the many ways you can combine your abilities to defeat your opponents. We even have created a mode where you, our precious warriors, will be transformed into a monster, this means you won't need to fight other creatures anymore all you seek is to destroy your opponents. You'll be overpowered, but now you will develop a taste for humans, and your only mission is to hunt them down. 

Just to give you a sneak peek: as the "Alpha Werewolf" you'll move faster than the warriors, makes your prey easier to catch, as a "Vampire" you'll gain the health your opponent loses, and as the "Zombie King" you can create minion zombies that can do all the fighting for you, these are just a few "Monsters" to be named. You will be able to modify this game and play it however you want, that's what's so fun about LWS.

GAMEPLAY

It's simple, go into the dungeon and beat all the creatures so you can become stronger than your opponents, but be quick about it or they might get too strong themselves.

 There are so many ways to be the champion. Whether you want to kill as many creatures as you need and become the strongest warrior in the game, or you can venture into the dungeon and look for alternate ways to win the game while staying away from your opponents, or even if you want to wait for everyone else to battle it out so you can show up ninja style and take the victory for yourself at the last second, all these methods work. Just figure out what works best for you.

SHIPPING

Shipping and applicable local taxes will be calculated and added to your pledge after the Kickstarter campaign. This is our first product, and we are trying to please all of our backers. With this in mind, we want to be accurate and add all shipping rates once we know where in the world we are shipping our product to. 

NOTE FROM THE CREATOR:

This is our first project, and we are not here to talk you into multiple tiers just for the sake of making profit. We want to create trust with our players and be completely open about the project. We have a good manufacturer; we are planning to visit them when the project is successfully funded to make sure the final product is of your liking. They have provided us with our prototypes of the game and mentioned the final copies will get a finished coating that wasn't added to our prototype, so we are very excited to see what that looks like.

We will keep our backers updated and always be in contact with our manufacturer as the campaign progresses. As our first project, we want to make sure to set a good standard for our products, create a community of trust, and make sure you are pleased with your games and experience. Easy to understand games and exciting fun is our main goal.
