Tunaverse

Tunaverse

Make it a campaign with our interconnected zines and hardcovers. Liquidation, like every other Mothership module we publish, is written as a stand alone adventure while including prominent and subtle threads to at least one other book in a catalog.

Liquidation specifically runs as a one or two shot mission by itself, but easily connects into a campaign with The Hands That Feed and Outsourced. Both of those hardcovers tie directly into Carved Like a Covenant and Broadcasting Violence, and Outsourced is also heavily intertwined with Constant Downpour. The idea is to keep the campaign as modular as you need so you can react to player choices while keeping the world they play in feel alive and breathing with far reaching corporations, organizations, and figures that wring throughout populated space.

We've made pledge levels easy to catch up on our backlog to your liking.

16-Page Zines, Mockup of Carved Like a Covenant Zine with a mutating space knights head in agony, Liquidation zine mockup with red liquid filling vials in a grungy threshold style, and Broadcasting Violence! mockup featuring a CRT noisy affect with an orange and white ghost with large jagged teeth. 104-176 Page Hardcovers has three hardcovers, the first Constant Downpour Remastered black and white a struggling astronaut adrift on a raft, The Hands That Feed features five heads with open mouths searching for food, and Outsourced mockup features a red frankenstein-esque person with hands held out and wires coming out of their heads, three astronaugts in distraught or dying in front in faded blue bubble helmet uniforms, all with a space backdrop.

Carved Like a Covenant: A race to extract the Holy Summit Tablets, a powerful xenotech artifact, while surviving a lethal rival party from the Steel Order and an even deadlier horror hunting amongst the ruins. 16 pages, plays in 3-8 hours.

Broadcasting Violence!: An investigative pressure cooker turned slasher survival horror mission with a healthy dose of blood splatter and a pinch of absurdity. 16 pages, plays in 3-8 hours.

The Hands That Feed: The heart of the Tunaverse, The Hands That Feed packs 5 missions, a 4 station large sandbox, and 8 wriggling megacorporations in a 176-page modular campaign hardcover.

Outsourced: The Luko Fin Corp Deception is a modular survival thriller campaign packed with intrigue, discovery, and a healthy combination of corporate and space horrors. 104 pages includes a solo-friendly bunker escape mission, and two death planet toolkits that generate missions with three unique space horrors.

Constant Downpour Remastered: Constant Downpour Remastered is a survival hex-crawl where players traverse through a near-hopeless environment that slowly whittles away their sanity. 104 page campaign attempting to survive the deadly Venus 3. Inspired by Ray Bradbury's The Long Rain.

Spicy Tuna RPG works with Space Penguin Ink for all of our physical fulfillment and a trusted staple for shipping TTRPGs. We expect similar smoothness for this campaign as we've had in the past. Digital files will be shared via DrivethruRPG and Backerkit.

Files are near ready for print. They need a final layout pass and two art pieces. But we are funding the print run with the Kickstarter and must wait for the funds to clear. We have built in 45 days of extra time into our fulfillment schedule to best avoid being late on delivery due to potential delay of deliverables, disruptions to contributor lives, and or a holdup on fulfilment.

Physical rewards are estimated to be delivered in December 2026. PDF rewards will go out in October 2026.

Due to shipping limitations and challenges, we cannot ship to the following countries:
