Ahoy there ship mates!
Meet Barnaby. He's never sailed a ship, never crossed a plank, and never once found real treasure but he wants nothing more in the world than to be a pirate.
One day, playing on the shore near his house, he spots something impossible: a real pirate ship, anchored in the cove.
The pirate captain steps onto the sand, looks him dead in the eye, and gives him one chance:
"You want to be a real pirate? Then find your own treasure."
Loot Pursuit is a treasure hunt roleplaying game designed for little adventurers, perfect for introducing role-playing games to kids with lots of energy.
Designed for young treasure hunters aged 3–6, with each hunt taking just 10–20 minutes. It's perfect for a rainy afternoon, a birthday party, or a five-minutes-before-dinner adventure!
What's Inside the Box
And grown-ups, don't worry: setup takes minutes. Hide the clues, scatter a few Action Cards along the way, and you're the Captain running the hunt.
One Box, Endless Hunts
Here's the best part: Clue Cards are fully reusable and mixable.
Shuffle them, rearrange the order, hide them in new spots, every path you build creates a brand new treasure hunt. Run it in the living room today, the back garden tomorrow, and a grandparent's house next weekend, and it'll feel like a whole new adventure every time.
What Will Kids Actually Learn?
Loot Pursuit isn't just running around finding shiny coins (though it absolutely is that too). It's a hunt built for little minds and bodies at exactly the age where every skill is brand new.
The Pledge Levels
We built Loot Pursuit for every kid who's ever stared at the horizon and wished, just once, that the adventure was real. Set the clues, scatter the challenges, and hand your little pirate the one thing Barnaby never got — a captain who believes they can actually find the treasure.
Delivery and Fulfilment
Loot Pursuit is our second game, so we’ve already built a network of trusted manufacturers and couriers to produce and ship our games efficiently.
That said, international conflicts can disrupt global shipping routes, causing rerouting, port congestion and longer transit times. We’ve built extra time into our schedule, but delays outside our control are still possible. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Estimated Schedule
October 2026: Kickstarter goes live
November 2026: Kickstarter ends
December 2026: Final artwork sent to our manufacturer (30-day manufacturing window)
January 2027: Games handed to our courier
March 2027: Games arrive in Dublin for fulfilment
End of March 2027: Fulfilment complete
The Story Behind Enchanted Trails
Hello! I’m Dotty - mum to three little girls and the creator of Enchanted Trails.
It all began at bedtime with a story called Princess Merisda Loses Her Voice, dreamt up with our eldest daughter as she tried (very successfully) to squeeze in “just one more story.” Before long, Princess Merisda’s tale didn’t end when the lights went out, The story spilled into daytime play, adventures, and imaginary worlds brought to life around our home.
With a shared love of hiding clues, creating quests, and dreaming up epic rescues, those early games became Rainbow Falls Rescue. What started as a way to fill rainy afternoons soon turned into something bigger, a game we played with friends, shared with other families, and eventually enjoyed by children around the world.
At Enchanted Trails, we believe childhood should be filled with stories that spark imagination, games that invite wonder, and moments that bring families closer together. Every adventure we create is made with care, love, and of course a little bit of magic.
