—description fournie par l’éditeur

Présentation de la campagne

Welcome to Our 9th Kickstarter!

We've successfully funded 8 print and play games on Kickstarter: Dungeon Legacy, Chiefdom, Hagia Sophia, Jujuman, Enlightened, Pioneers on Mars, ORMAN, and KÖY, supported more than 3000 backers worldwide.

Our promise: When the campaign ends, you get your files immediately. No waiting months for fulfillment. Just instant access to download, print, and play.

Lords of the Dungeon continues this tradition as usual. A roll & write game with only two sheets and 4 dice.

How to Play

You run a dungeon. It is dark, it is empty, and it earns nothing. Five gold and four dice will change that. Draft, hire, and build until you have 100 gold before anyone else.

Follow these three steps on your turn:

1. Roll & Choose

Roll all four dice into the middle of the playing area. Choose two for yourself; the other two become the Remaining Pair, and every rival will use them.

With your two dice, activate exactly one of the twelve columns: the value of either die, or their sum. Take the column that pays you the most and leave your rivals the pair that pays them the least.

2. Collect Gold

Everyone collects at the same time. Your column pays you from its mid row and its bottom row. Your rivals activate a column of their own from the Remaining Pair and collect their mid row only.

3. Build

Spend your gold to build one room, anywhere on the grid, or spend nothing and hoard. Each copy you build shades another circle on that room's income track, and the next copy pays more than the last.

The first lord to reach 100 gold ends the game. Everyone finishes the round with equal turns, and the richest lord wins.

Playing alone?

You get exactly 20 turns, and whatever is left on your ledger is your score!

Stretch Goal

Every illustration in Lords of the Dungeon is drawn by hand by Mustafa Göçmezler. If we reach £15,000 in funding, he picks up his colors and does it all again.

Every backer gets a full-color version of the player sheet as a free bonus file, alongside the print-friendly black and white version you receive the moment the campaign ends. Print whichever suits your printer and your ink budget.

We'll also be recording the entire process and sharing it with backers. No shortcuts, no generated art, just colors and a lot of patience.

Why Back?

We've successfully funded 8 print and play games on Kickstarter: Dungeon Legacy, Chiefdom, Hagia Sophia, Jujuman, Enlightened, Pioneers on Mars, ORMAN, and KÖY. More than 3,000 backers worldwide, and not one of them kept waiting!

When the campaign ends, you get your files immediately! No waiting months for fulfillment, no shipping, no customs. Just download, print, grab four dice, and you are ruling a dungeon in minutes!

By backing Lords of the Dungeon, you are supporting a small team from a developing country doing what we love. There is something special about knowing your support helps independent creators keep making games. That feeling when you back an indie designer and watch them succeed? That is what this is about.

You don't need a printer to rule a dungeon! Local print shops, stationers, and libraries can print and laminate a copy for you, reusable forever with a dry-erase marker. Going paperless? Drop your sheet into a tablet notes app and draw digitally, or visit Sketch.io in any browser to explore the dungeon online.

Who We Are

We're a tiny team based in Türkiye. I'm the game designer, my wife İpek is the core playtester and rulebook editor, and for Lords of the Dungeon we're joined by illustrator Mustafa Göçmezler, whose hand-drawn art makes the dungeon worth ruling. You can see what he's capable of here: Behance. Together, we make games that are more rewarding than our economy and more strategic than our politics.

For years, we've watched gaming budgets crumble under the weight of shipping costs and import fees. Prices can be three times higher in countries like ours. And with the recent wave of tariffs, more gamers are feeling the same trap we've faced for years.

Thanks to our print-and-play approach, we're escaping the "dungeon" of traditional board game production. No cardboard boxes, no plastic wrap, no shipping emissions. Print only what you need, when you need it, or play entirely digitally on a tablet. You control your footprint.

Lords of the Dungeon represents everything we believe in: strategic depth, accessible pricing, and gaming without borders. Roll with us!
