CORE EDITION

Players choose from sturdy chip board punch out stand-up characters —including Four Martians: the The Clueless Commander, The Stumbling Soldier, The Fumbling Fighter, or the Baffled Bombardier. But watch out, the Five Fearless Soldiers are on your trail and will stop at nothing to prevent you from winning.

The Board

Race across a Modular Board of Incredible Art Tiles filled with imagery from the original Mars Attacks trading card set! With a modular tile system, the game changes with every new layout. 20 configurable tiles, 1 game, 2.65 x 10³² ways to destroy humanity.

Action Cards

Action Cards trigger instant effects including extra moves, Taking Tokens and Teleportation.  Clever movement splits allow you to control both heroes and enemies to sabotage rivals.

Combat Cards

Combat Cards can be deployed during battle to even the odds or press an advantage. Use wisely!

Flip-2-Win Cards

Flip-2-Win cards give players a 50/50 chance to make some gains after losing a Power Core. It's a truly twisted way of evening the odds.

Tokens and their Many Uses

Collecting Power Cores and getting them back to base is vital to winning the game, but Spaceship Tokens let players zip across the map, Troop Transport Tokens give soldiers a battlefield edge and Teleportation Tokens let any player pop up in unexpected places. Tokens and Cores in the Core Edition are made of sturdy chit board.

With straightforward setup and intuitive mechanics, the Core Edition is perfect for families, casual gamers, and Mars Attacks fans seeking a quick but thrilling tabletop experience.

Expansion Tiles

 These four additional Expansion Tiles give you more ways to build the board and change your gaming strategy. With the Teleportation Tile you can hop to any teleportation token on the board. The Crossroads Tile creates a one new dynamic way to open the board up for battle. The One Way Bridge Tile creates directional mayhem. The Roundabout Tile will have you spinning your way to victory.

It's the ultimate collector’s reward: Your own Custom Army Corps, built by Atomic, integrated into your game.

This is not a template. This is not a stretch goal. This is a bespoke, 1-of-1 design process. You bring the vision—a written concept or sketches—and I use my years of design experience to shape them into the Atomic Twisted Table Top universe.

WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR PLEDGE:
Your Own 5-Soldier Custom Squad: I will design, sculpt, and integrate a squad of 5 soldiers that is 100% unique to you. 
Full Game Integration: Your squad will be fully compatible aestheticly fit with the overall game design, ensuring they aren't just "flavor"—they are a functional, fearsome part of your game.
The Creative Journey: You’ll be involved. You submit your brief, we do two rounds of design notes to nail the vibe, and then I put the final stamp of approval on the squad to guarantee it matches the *Mars Attacks!* style.
Immortalized: Your name (or chosen moniker) will be credited in the final rulebook as the architect of your unique Army Corps.
1-of-1 Scarcity: These designs will never be repeated. You are the sole owner of this configuration.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Pledge: Once the tier goes live, claim your spot. (Only 3 available at launch).
2. The Brief: Post-campaign, you submit a written concept or rough sketches.
3. The Forge: I shape your vision into the *Atomic Twisted* style.
4. The Review: You get two rounds of notes to ensure we hit your target.
5. Approval: I hold final creative approval to maintain game balance and lore consistency.
6. Production: Once approved, your squad is manufactured as a permanent, piece of your Mars Attacks collection.

These rewards are a collaboration, but the Mars Attacks Atomic Twisted Table Top universe has rules. I hold final creative say on all designs to ensure thematic integrity. All final game assets created remain the intellectual property of Atomic Toybox.

At $40,000, we unlock the 3D Invaders as an optional add-on.
These are the sculpted figures I’ve wanted in the game from the start. They’re built to add more presence on the table, and they come with a built-in feature to hold your power core tokens during play.
A few quick details:
    •    9 figures per set. 
    •    Martians will be solid GREEN, Soldiers will be solid TAN
    •    About 3 inches tall on a 1-inch base.
    •    Optional add-on, not part of the base pledge.
    •    Add-on price: $120.

🚀 Shipping Made Simple (No Martian Mishaps Here)

Hey Earthlings — shipping games across the galaxy can get messy (aka expensive), so we’re doing things smarter with Kickstarter’s Pledge Manager. We will have more detailed shipping estimates soon. Here’s how it works:

Estimate, but don’t charge up front — During the campaign, you’ll see a shipping range (e.g. “$10‑20 to the U.S.”). That’s just a placeholder — no shipping fee is charged yet.

Post‑campaign, we lock it in — After funding, we’ll launch the Pledge Manager. You’ll confirm your address, pick your add-ons, and see the exact shipping cost for your region based on real weights, packaging, and carrier quotes.

Transparent & fair — We’ll use either weight‑based or flat rate shipping rules — whichever gives the best deal. Any tariff surcharge (if needed) will be handled transparently through Kickstarter’s tools.

No last‑minute surprises — Because we’re setting shipping later, when things are final and grounded in reality, we avoid getting hit with sudden price spikes, weird customs rules, or “why is my package so heavy?” surprises.

Hi, I’m Michael Polis, and I’ve been creating intellectual property and designing games and toys for over 20 years. Whether it's working with The Muppets, at Universal Studios or producing Yo Gabba Gabba! I’ve always been driven by a love of storytelling, interactivity, and the kind of bold, irreverent fun that comes from great pop culture.

I launched Atomic Toybox Entertainment in 2003 to bring those passions to life across film, television, games, and merchandise. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with legendary brands like Mars Attacks, Captain Action, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, and The Rocketeer—developing both original content and officially licensed projects that span everything from Emmy-nominated TV to collectible board games.

This game—Mars Attacks: Twisted Tabletop—is a perfect mashup of what I love: weird science fiction, fast-paced strategy, retro visuals, and over-the-top fun.
