THE NEW STANDARD FOR DURABILITY

The cylindrical design of the Ghost Dry Brush provides an incredible long life. The hard scrubbing nature of loading and using a dry brush causes the brush to blossom. Instead of your brush being destroyed after years of use they tend to just get slightly bigger!!!

The old style of dry brushing commonly used a flat stiff brush. Because dry brushing is also very hard on the brush, these flat brushes would begin to splay outward in as early as a single use. The Ghost Dry Brushes are round and use the same soft white nylon hair as the rest of the Ghost Brush line. The soft cylindrical shape has many advantages. The improved style of the Ghost Dry Brush can still capture the highlight on sharp edges but it also can be used to build up subtle highlights on rounded surfaces by using your brush in circular motions. Another advantage with the soft nylon, is these brushes can take quite a beating. The Ghost Dry Brush has more hair packed into the ferrule so its capable of holding much more paint. The handles are shorter and wider for a more a comfortable grip to help with hand fatigue. In addition, when you feel you have become the dry brush master, the rounded soft shape of the brush lets you explore new techniques like wet brushing and stippling!

SOFT AND SNAPPY

Dry Brushing is a fast and simple technique used for highlighting detail and texture on your miniatures. The basics are very easy. 

• Apply paint to your Ghost Dry Brush
• Remove most of the paint from your Ghost Dry Brush by rubbing the brush into a paper towel
• Gently run your Ghost Dry Brush over the parts of the miniature you want to highlight. The brush contains very little pigment left in the soft nylon bristles and mostly raised surfaces will catch the paint. 

Care for your Ghost Brush

NEVER leave your Ghost Brush or any paintbrush sitting submerged in water! This will cause the wood handle to swell and ruin your whole brush. Seriously, stop dropping your brushes hair-down inside a water cup. Instead, swish the brush back and forth in the water to remove paint, then wipe on a towel to make sure no paint is left within the bristles.

This tip will help your new favorite paintbrush enjoy a longer life.

The oldest cave painting now discovered in the world as of December 2019 has been dated 43,900 years old and I still believe this is proof that painting is human nature. Painting has brought joy to humanity and I hope you are excited to join me in this hobby!

Risks and Challenges

I have ran many very successful campaigns since January 2019. I have accounted for Chinese New Year falling in February, this should not affect delivery. To help ensure a better product and experience to all of my backers, I will double check quality control from the factory. I will strive to finish shipping by the end of year!

Please understand I am always trying to keep my prices low and provide the best quality. The fluctuating tariff news is going to make it difficult to guarantee any stretch goals.
