MechScape Sci-Fi Terrain

Mechscape 6mm scale Sci-Fi terrain for use with hex map based ground combat games such as Battletech. 
Around one year ago we released the first wave of our new range of 3D printed 6mm scale terrain pieces, they have proven popular and in the time since I've been working on some new designs and have wave two almost finished, we decided to run this small kickstarter to allow people to get them as a full set in advance of the retail release, along with the option to pick up the first releases at a kickstarter special price. 
They are FDM printed models, using high quality PLA filament, they are lightweight, durable, paintable with sprays or acrylic and are a cost effective way of enhancing your Battletech map with obstacles or objective markers for mission based gameplay. 
This project is not to provide files for you to print but to manufacture the finished pieces and put them into your hands, ready to use.

This project will produce 10 different scenic pieces

• Ruined research facility
• Ruined bunkers (2)
• Missile silos (2)
• Comms building
• Mech repair bay
• Artillery battery
• Comms node
• Rocky outcrop -2 hexes
• Mountain outpost
• Ruined storage silo

The first 8 pieces are complete and ready to print, the final 2 are in progress at the moment and will be featured in updates to this kickstarter. The ruined storage silo is a destroyed version of the original silo, the mountain outpost will be a 3 hex terrain piece of a rocky outcrop with a small cliffside observation bunker set into it.
Featured below are short videos of printed pieces, these are work in progress pieces subject to slight alterations before production but are close to finished. As with the other pieces in this kickstarter they are single printed pieces, (although a couple of the other models will also feature some separate metal parts).

Here are a few short clips of the printed models- 
First up is the mech repair bay, it occupies 4 hexes on a Battletech map and has space for one mech on the repair platform, where the various robotic arms can get to work on it.

This is the comms building, it has a radome and large antenna, the two circular recesses next to the antenna are for a small radar dish and parabolic antenna cast in metal.

The missile silos, a pair of 2-hex underground missile silos housing large ballistic missiles with one opening ready for launch, a perfect target to capture, defend or destroy in objective based games.

Here are images of the pieces created so far, I will be updating with printed versions during the campaign

• Ruined Research Facility - a destroyed version of BTP008 research Facility, occupying 4 hexes, the interior is filled with rubble.

• Ruined bunkers - damaged versions of the BTP003 bunkers.

• Missile Silos -a new design for this kickstarter- a pair of 2 hex underground missile bunkers, with one preparing for launch

• Comms building -another new design, this one is a 2 hex comms centre with radome and large antenna, it has 2 recessed sockets designed to take metal radar dishes, provided with the model

• Mech repair bay -the largest piece in this kickstarter, a 4 hex repair bay. It will be printed as a single piece model, complete with mechanised arms for equipping and repairing mechs.

• Artillery emplacement -a 2 hex fortified artillery position, designed to take a pair of 'Sniper' artillery pieces, which will be supplied cast in metal.

• Comms node - a single hex communication tower designed to take a cast metal antenna with a ring of microwave dishes
