Please note:

• These rates account for likely cost increases by the time we ship.
• But these rates could be subject to change due to potential future supply chain challenges, or other world events or factors beyond our control.
• Some specific destinations (e.g. islands and overseas territories) may be subject to higher charges.
• Earthborne Games will cover the cost of freight and will not pass along that expense to backers.
   

Friendly Shipping: 

Friendly shipping means you don't have to pay additional customs charges and fees when your rewards are delivered. We are able to ship friendly to the following locations:

Sales Tax and VAT 

Prices shown on the campaign page do not include tax. Please see below for details as to how applicable taxes will (or won't) be collected based on your location. 

USA: Sales tax will be collected in the pledge manager. There will be no taxes or duties charged at the time of delivery.

EU/UK: Based on the country of residence, the applicable VAT will be calculated and charged in the pledge manager. There will be no taxes or duties upon delivery.

Refunds and cancellation

If you would like to request a refund, please reach out to us at support@terradtown.com. Please note that we will deduct 10% from your refund to cover Kickstarter fees and payment processing fees, both of which we are unable to recover. You can cancel your pledge at any time prior to the close of Pledge Manager. After the Pledge Manager closes, you will be unable to cancel your pledge or receive a refund. If you pledged using Pledge Over Time and would like to cancel your pledge, we can refund your previously paid installments, but please note that we will deduct 10% from you refunded amount to cover Kickstarter fees and payment processing fees. All refunds will be reversed via Stripe to your credit card. Refunds will be processed in USD. If you receive a product with a damaged or missing component, please contact our customer support partners at Naylor Games (support@terradtown.com) and they will assist you.
