Hear From Our Backers

We intend to incorporate shipping and VAT charges (where applicable) in the PledgeBox backer survey after the campaign concludes. Shipping costs will be based on the address provided in your backer survey and the total weight of your order, including both pledged items and any additional add-ons.

Our shipping costs are based on sales projections, as well as an average range of shipping costs we have obtained. Therefore, they are subject to change depending on our results. To ensure a smooth fulfillment process, we will ship orders to backers using the most cost-effective (and trackable) method available.

It's essential to understand that VAT is a sales tax distinct from import taxes or duties. For Europe, we are required to collect and remit VAT based on the total pledge value, in accordance with the VAT rates of each respective country.
