« On Call » est un jeu de société coopératif de stratégie dans lequel vous devez gérer un service des urgences surpeuplé et au bord de la catastrophe. Pourquoi n’y a-t-il jamais assez de lits ?! Choisissez un personnage doté d’actions spécialisées. Allez-vous trier les patients sans rendez-vous qui encombrent votre salle d’attente ? Ou acheminer d’urgence un patient O négatif vers la salle de soins ? Mais dans un service des urgences chroniquement en sous-effectif, n’oubliez pas de donner un coup de main à vos coéquipiers ! Déplacez les infirmières et les médecins de l’hôpital d’une salle à l’autre pour effectuer vos actions. Mais anticipez les besoins de vos coéquipiers : ils ne peuvent pas être à deux endroits à la fois ! Chaque action se répercute dans tout l’hôpital, dans ce jeu de « gestion du personnel » aux conséquences en cascade. Vous avez le temps de souffler ? Buvez du café à grandes gorgées pour acquérir de nouvelles compétences, grâce à un système intuitif d’amélioration des actions qui vous permet d’augmenter votre efficacité à chaque garde. Mettez-vous au défi dans le « mode communication limitée » optionnel, sans informations cachées. 1. Setup: pick a specialty

Each player gets a mix of common and unique actions, all vital to the operations of your Emergency Room. Mix-and-match the unique actions every game for maximum replayability.

2. Start your shift: the hospital is filling fast!

Patients entering the ER are either walk-ins (who need to be triaged) or from an ambulance (drawn randomly from a bag).

Make sure you keep infectious patients isolated! Also stay on your toes as you respond to unexpected events.

3. Play actions: triage, test, treat, and much more

Play action tokens simultaneously, then resolve in numerical order. Everything feels like a priority! Sequence your team's actions to bring order to the chaos.

Move patients or staff where they need to be. More staff in a room increases the impact of your action, but might also mean fewer staff in another room for the next player's action.

4. Rest: refresh your actions and learn new skills

Actions cannot be repeated until you "Rest" - coordinate your team's break times to ensure patients don't fall through the cracks. Guzzle coffee while on break, to focus your mind and learn new skills to upgrade your actions.

Optional: Limited Communication mode

Start each day with a “morning huddle”, then stay silent once the first shift starts. Play action tokens face-down, then reveal them simultaneously. Use your limited "Signal Tokens" to communicate your moves at critical junctures.

Sales taxes / VAT: If applicable, these will be collected separately post-campaign in the pledge manager, according to your specific location.

How it works:

1. Choose your reward tier: Click the green "Back This Project" button at the top of the page. Select your desired reward tier and click the green pledge button below the reward. If the campaign reaches its funding goal, Kickstarter will collect your payment.

2. Pledge manager: Shortly after the Kickstarter campaign ends, you will receive an email providing access to the pledge manager. Here you may modify your order, add extras, and provide your shipping address. Based on your address, we will also collect applicable taxes and shipping fees via the pledge manager.

3. Production updates: We will keep you updated via emails on our progress in manufacturing, shipping and delivery. Unless we have urgent updates, we plan to send these updates monthly.

4. Delivery: We will be working with local fulfilment hubs to deliver all Kickstarter pledges. Do note that depending on location, backers across the world may receive their games at different times.
