pagepunk- the dynamic print and play platform

pagepunk is both a publisher and an online platform for what we call Dynamic Print & Play (DPnP) games, a new way to bring more depth, variety, and replayability to the classic Print & Play experience.

Every pagepunk game is distributed through an online configurator that lets you craft or randomize your own unique version before printing. That means endless dungeons, heroes with different abilities, randomized items, and even unique storylines to follow along. Each playthrough becomes its own adventure, tailored to you.

Our mission is simple: to bring Print & Play closer to the feeling of a full board game, using clever design, randomization, and generation. And while the experiences may feel endless, everything is carefully crafted by hand, we don’t use AI for generation or artwork. Every element is designed to fit seamlessly and play smoothly.

pagepunk isn’t just another Print & Play. It’s a bold step forward in how these games can look, feel, and evolve.

You´ll need a device to configure and print, but not to play. The digital experience is part of the preparation but not of the gameplay. We might offer QR code access to some thing for faster access, but we´ll always have an analogue reference as well.

Any pagepunk game will have a standalone price, probably between 1 and 3.50 €, which grants unlimited access to the configurator for that game, including all updates. We are also planning to launch a subscription service via Patreon, most likely at 5 to 7 € per month, which will give you access to all games for as long as you are subscribed. You can generate and print as many pages as you like.

Every month we plan to release a new game, along with updates to existing titles, such as new levels, weapons, modes, and challenges.

We’re currently working on a variety of launch titles from different genres to showcase what the configurator can offer, and of course to learn from people’s feedback, to see what they enjoy and what they’d like to see more of.

Our vision is bold and ambitious... and so are our ideas. That’s why we’ve chosen to launch this platform through crowdfunding. As indie creators, we’re keeping things lean, but our goal is to deliver a feature-rich and diverse experience.

We want to offer a wide variety of games that cater to different kinds of players: From quick, accessible options to deeper, content-heavy titles that push the boundaries of what easy-to-craft print-and-play games can be.

Very soon, we’ll share more details about the kinds of games you’ll find here, as well as exactly how we’ll use the funds to bring this vision to life.
