Pantries full of food. Ghosts standing guard. And you, with a very ambitious dinner plan.

In PANTORI, you sneak into pantries guarded by ghosts. Your goal is simple: collect the food and build a path around the obstacles. The challenge? Every colorful piece must fit, and a seemingly perfect placement might block the rest of your puzzle.

PANTORI is a Print & Play game that you assemble yourself using downloadable files. It combines spatial puzzles with sneaking food past supernatural guards. Take on a solo challenge or compete with other players for the most valuable rewards.

Every piece matters

Choose a puzzle and use all the pieces shown on its card. Rotate them, flip them, and connect them into a single path that reaches the edge of the board. You must cover every fruit, without covering walls or overlapping pieces. Any two pieces may share only one square edge.

But cramped passages aren’t the only things waiting inside these pantries:

Ghosts can be avoided or covered with a piece of the matching color.

Spikes can only be covered if the lever connected to them is also covered.

Diamonds come with a catch: cover all of them or leave them all uncovered.

Simple rules create puzzles that require you to consider the entire board. Just because a piece fits somewhere doesn’t mean it belongs there!

A solo adventure or a shared competition

In multiplayer, everyone solves puzzles simultaneously. Spend the food you earn to claim reward cards, while special actions let you steal supplies, protect your haul, and more. The game ends when any player claims their third reward. The player with the most points wins.

In solo play, your challenge takes you through 4 regular dungeons, 2 large dungeons, and 1 huge dungeon. Randomly select your set and tackle the puzzles in that order. There is no time limit. Complete all seven puzzles to finish the challenge.

Choose how you want to play

PANTORI is being developed in three formats:

Cards and physical pieces - for players who enjoy moving pieces around and finding solutions hands-on.

Sleeved cards and colored dry-erase markers - draw the shapes, erase them, and try again.

Puzzle sheets and colored markers - a solo format you complete like a puzzle book, without cutting out individual cards.

The core rules and game materials already exist. The next step is to finish development, continue testing the puzzles, polish the rulebook, and prepare additional language editions.
