the campaign is part of our main project: the damned ruins  a range composed by multicomponent miniatures fully compatible and capable to give you the opportunity to assemble a lot of different units and warbands, an evolving  expandable system born to integrate old and new models and kits for the best kitbash you can imagine. we continue to expand our scoundrels range with this new warband. 

The campaign is part of our main project: The Damned Ruins, a range of multicomponent miniatures fully compatible with each other, giving you the opportunity to assemble a wide variety of models and warbands. It is an evolving, expandable system designed to integrate old and new models and kits for the best kitbashing experience you can imagine. We continue to expand our Scoundrels range with this new warband: The Pit Fighters.

This time, we want to capture some of the classic grimdark mood with a warband that can fight both in the Damned Ruins and in the grim darkness of hive cities on faraway planets. Inspired by the look of INNOMINATUS, the gladiator created by Tuomas Pirinen for the Mordheim Italia campaign, we have kept the grimdark fantasy/sci-fi style, full of references to the '90s, because that's the mood we love.

As with our previous campaigns, we will also offer the digital version of this kit, giving everyone the opportunity to print their models at home. So you have two options: physical resin models or STL files, but with the physical version you will receive extra exclusive components.

This time, we have also decided to offer the models in two scales: 28mm for Old World lovers and 35mm to fit modern-era models.

The new multicomponent kit is compatible with our previous Damned Ruins kits. All the models in the warband will have swappable heads and weapons, and we will also introduce many new separate head sets compatible with the Damned Ruins range. The two versions of the warband will share the same gladiator-style bodies, but each version will have a separate set of heads, weapons, and accessories — including extra bionic arms for the sci-fi set.

All our miniatures are cast or printed directly by us with high quality resin (and metal for some components), the best way to give you miniatures as faithful as possible to the original sculptures. If you already know our models, you already have proof of the quality of our products. In the last year we have improved our casting and printing systems and as higher stretch goals we will propose alternative casting system (like siocast and hardplastic) so you will receive our best work!

the model will be compatible with a lot of skirmish wargames but they will give also the option to assembly all the historical gladiators style (maybe with a little fantasy flavour but with every historical weapons available) then you will able to use them to fight in arena of Blood on the Sands from Dead Again Games

Blood on the Sands recreates the dynamic, back-and-forth 'dance' of the gladiatorial duel, reflecting the balanced intricacies that the Romans infused into their deadly bloodsport. The mechanics produce thrilling, narrative combats that move across the arena, demanding tactics, skill, and a degree of luck from the players.

EVERY PLEDGE IN THE FIRST 24h will receive a free grublin gladiator

at the moment there isn't a scifi altenative but if we raise 5500€ an alternative "helper" will be unlocked also for scifi warbands ( and you will have the chance to change it in the pledge manager). at that point the 2 helpers will become available also as add-ons for everyone.

Every goal after the funding will unlock a new add-on or a free content under every stretch you will find the price to add it to your pledge, the first lower cost is for digital version and the higher one for physical version.

An ever evolving game experience: as said in the scoundrels of the Damned Ruins campaign is not "one and done" project and this is only the fourth step to expand the range with new models, accessories, tokens and scenics. we are also starting to explore new worlds beyond the stars!

as always we are supporting the efforts of the "Mordheim Italia" group and by helping fo fund our project you will help us to support their annual campaign and the italian events!

Production will be completely made in our workshop in Italy. The estimated delivery date is november 2026, but keep in mind this is only an estimate. Also, due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different areas of the world may receive their rewards sooner than others. We've done our best to reduce these problems as much as possible, and we are always happy to refund pledges if, for some totally unforeseen reason, the project couldn't be delivered at all.
