Plants vs. Zombies™: The Board Game is the officially licensed cooperative board game for 1–4 players. Work together to build the ultimate garden defense and bring all the charm, comedy, and chaos of the beloved video game to your tabletop.

Gather your friends and family for an easy-to-learn cooperative game with levels that teach you the rules as you play.

Grow Your Defense: Deploy iconic plants like Sunflowers, Peashooters, and Wall-nuts to stop waves of hilarious yet relentless zombies from reaching your home.
Master New Tactics: Discover strange new plants, uncover clever strategies, and survive increasingly ridiculous zombie waves in a highly replayable campaign.
Defeat the Horde: Each level features a unique lawn setup, challenging you with a new horde to overcome. Every victory unlocks new levels, plants, and strategies, steadily turning your humble garden into a zombie-stomping fortress!

Includes everything in the Standard Pledge, upgrading your garden from cardboard tokens to a battlefield packed full of your favorite plants and zombies in miniature form - plus all unlocked campaign deluxe stretch goals!

Double your minis and double your gameplay with the Night Expansion.
Includes everything in Deluxe plus the complete Night Expansion, adding moonlit levels, mushroom defenders, nocturnal zombies, miniatures, and fresh strategic challenges. Command an army of mushrooms, battle bizarre nighttime zombies, and discover why the undead are always up past their bedtime.

The ultimate lawn-defending package packed with premium upgrades.
Includes everything from all previous pledges, plus a Double-sided Neoprene Game Mat, Custom Zombie Token Bag, PvZ Tote Bag, all cardboard upgraded to Acrylic Tokens, plus Card Sleeves, for enough lawn-defending gear to make your neighbors suspicious!

Only the Standard Pledge has a planned retail release. We cannot guarantee that the Deluxe Edition, Night Expansion, campaign extras and stretch goals will ever be available via retail. Any additional copies manufactured may be available directly through our website and at conventions, but will be at a higher price.

Early Follower Bonus: Followed the Kickstarter before launch? The free Zombie Colored Chaos Die will be automatically added to your pledge.

Welcome to Night, a delightfully spooky expansion where moonlit lawns, mysterious mushrooms, and terrifying new zombie threats take center stage.

With no sunlight to fuel your garden, you'll need to think differently, adapt your strategies, and rely on an entirely new cast of fungal defenders. From the humble Puff-shroom to the devastating Doom-shroom, each mushroom brings unique abilities to help hold back the undead.

Featuring an all-new campaign packed with unique plants, bizarre zombies, and moonlit challenges, the Night Expansion adds fresh strategic depth and enough content to keep the battle raging long after bedtime.

The zombies are sending reinforcements. Good thing we've got a few surprises of our own on the way. We'll be revealing new tools to deploy, zombies to defeat, bonus challenges, upgrades and some unexpected surprises.

Unlocked stretch goals are included with the Deluxe Pledge, Deluxe + Night Pledge and Crazy Dave's All-In Pledges. Keep checking back as new rewards appear and the garden continues to expand!

Note: Each stretch goal shows the minimum pledge level needed to add this goal to your pledge for free - for example "Deluxe" means Deluxe and higher.

Add-ons are available as part of this campaign. Whatever pledge level you select, Kickstarter will always give you the option to include add-ons, so be sure to check what is already included in your pledge.

Note: All of the add-ons are included in the Crazy Dave's All-In pledge.

Plants vs. Zombies™: The Board Game is available in English, German, French and Spanish. You will be able to select your language after the campaign ends, during the Pledge Manager phase.

While our goal is to fulfil all versions of this game at the same time, non-English editions may be shipped later to allow extra time for the translation.

Shipping will be paid via a Pledge Manager after the campaign.

We believe there should be no surprises with shipping. That's why we use regional fulfillment hubs wherever possible, helping reduce delivery costs and avoid unexpected import charges for our backers.

The price table shows our estimated shipping cost. This is based on current shipping and tariffs as of October 2026. A lot can change between now and fulfillment, and while we cannot guarantee the future, we have run nearly 30 Kickstarter campaigns and have never had to return to our backers to cover additional shipping costs.

May 2027: Order confirmed with factory. No refunds are available beyond this point.
May 2027: Manufacturing begins.
Jul 2027: Shipping addresses are now locked in the Pledge Manager.
Aug 2027: Pledges are shipped to regional hubs.
Sept 2027: Fulfillment of pledges from hubs to backers. Time to start planting.
