Following the Great Collapse, the world is fragmented but finding its way after decades of Imperial disinformation. Ascending from those ashes, pirate signals entangle the airwaves. Deserted broadcast stations spark back to life, trumpeting new anthems. With right and wrong blurred, a disoriented world yearns for truth. And one nation will decide it.

Politik is a dynamic strategy game of military, political, and corporate control for 2–6 players. Representing any of 12 nations, players develop distinct identities during their struggle for global supremacy. They seize territories, orchestrate propaganda campaigns, and pilot companies to conquer markets. 500+ unique cards provide the landscapes, propaganda, companies, assets, and events for each nation to forge its path to power.

Why Back This Campaign?

Black Yeti Games is a small, independent game studio and Politik is our first game. We're hoping it is the first of many titles we design and publish.
It will only be made with your crowdfunding support. There is no retail option without a successful Gamefound campaign.
Politik is a grand strategy game filled with nearly 1,200 components and hundreds of hand-drawn art pieces. It is a deluxe product worthy of your sacred shelf space!
The themes of the game: propaganda, corruption, power grabs reflect all-too-familiar phenomena in our world today. Experiment in a safer space instead (the magic circle).
With fluctuating costs, tariffs and trade wars, board game prices are rising like everything else. Secure a copy during the campaign (that way you have it) and be a part of history!

We are living through an explosion of artificial intelligence across every aspect of our lives. In real-time, we're learning the costs and benefits.

In the board game space, the use of A.I. is an especially hot topic. Because Politik involves a lot of artwork, we wanted to plainly state that all of the art in the game was done by hand and none of it is A.I. From cards to landscapes to videos and icons, a small team of extraordinarily talented artists spent nearly 4 years to produce hundreds of unique pieces of artwork for the game.

A big thank you to Leandro Mazzochi for bringing that vision into moving pictures. And a huge thank you to Black Figure Studios for their ability to see the vision of the Politik universe and bringing life to each component.
