—description du concepteur
Présentation de la campagne
PUENTRIS
Build the Bridge. Break the Bridge. Survive the Bridge.
Build the path to victory… or send your opponent into the abyss.
Each turn, players draw a shape card and must recreate that shape on the board using their tiles. If a horizontal or vertical line on the board is completed, it disappears, causing tiles to collapse and potentially dropping a pawn into the void. Move your pawn across tiles of your own color to reach the opposite side of the board first.
Build your way to the other side by placing tiles that match the shape you draw—or send your opponent into the abyss. But beware! Fail to place your shape or fall, and it’s game over.
About the game
PUENTRIS is a competitive two-player strategy board game where players build and reshape the board while trying to cross it with their pawn. Each turn begins with drawing a card that shows a geometric shape. The player must recreate that shape on the board using tiles of their color, connected to the existing structure.
Placing tiles can complete rows or columns, which are immediately removed from the board. When this happens, tile structures collapse toward the players’ starting sides, potentially destroying paths or causing pawns to fall.
Players move their pawn along tiles of their own color, advancing up to two spaces per turn. The goal is to reach the opposite side of the board before your opponent. However, the constantly shifting board means every placement can either build a path to victory or create a fatal collapse.
How to win
Reach the opposite side of the board with your pawn before your opponent.
Players must build paths using their colored tiles while navigating the constantly changing board. A player also loses immediately if their pawn falls into the void or if they cannot place the required shape from their drawn card.
Gameplay
Players take turns performing the following phases:
1. Draw a Card
Draw the top card from the deck. The card shows a shape that must be placed on the board.
2. Place the Shape
Recreate the shape using tiles of your color. The shape may be rotated but not mirrored, and at least one tile must connect orthogonally to an existing tile or a starting area. If the shape cannot be placed, the player immediately loses.
3. Edit the Board
If a row or column becomes completely filled, it is removed. Remaining tiles collapse toward the players’ starting zones in connected blocks. If a pawn loses the tile beneath it, it falls.
4. Move Your Pawn
Move your pawn up to two spaces across tiles of your own color, moving orthogonally between adjacent tiles.
5. End the Turn
The next player begins their turn.
The game ends when a player reaches the opposite side, a pawn falls, or a player cannot place their required shape.

Rules
Players take turns drawing a shape card and recreating that shape on the board using tiles of their color. The shape can be rotated but not mirrored, and at least one tile must connect orthogonally to an existing tile or a starting area.
If a player cannot place the required shape, they immediately lose.
When a row or column becomes completely filled with tiles, it is removed from the board. The remaining tiles then collapse toward the players’ starting zones in connected blocks. If a pawn loses the tile beneath it during this process, it falls.
After placing tiles and resolving board changes, the active player may move their pawn up to two spaces across tiles of their own color, moving orthogonally between adjacent tiles.
A player wins by reaching the opposite side of the board with their pawn.
Why would you pledge?
PUENTRIS wouldn’t be possible without your support, so I want to reward you for backing the project.
Most stretch goals will be Kickstarter exclusives, and the same applies to the add-ons.
Additionally, some pledge tiers will also include exclusive content for that tier (or higher) that won’t be available after the campaign.
Finally, the price will be lower than in stores, since there won’t be third parties involved to increase it.

Shipping
Shipping can be tricky, and since I don’t have experience managing it myself, I’ll be relying on third-party providers. Because I don’t yet know how many units will be shipped or where, I don’t have final shipping costs yet. Shipping charges will be applied later.
Estimated costs are: €15–20 for Europe and the UK, €20–25 for the USA, Canada, and Asia. No estimates yet for other regions.
